Excellent job. We had the carpeting and area rugs in the entire house cleaned plus a couch. The house was long overdue for this service. They showed up on time and worked hard all day and the results were excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend them for your carpet cleaning needs.

I called Ryan late on a Thursday evening and they drove all the way to Plainview and cleaned up a raw sewage backup! They did an amazing job!! Very effective and efficient!!

My carpet was full of allergens. The kids and dog track in a lot of dirt. The carpets are 6yrs old and while vacuumed often, never steam cleaned. The technician was friendly, fast, polite, and did a great job. The price was very affordable and they treated for my pet spots. The house smells fresh and I know I'll refer all of my friends to Elite. They were available to schedule next day for my cleaning.

Ryan and Jordan were on time, they work efficiently, and they finished up with a clean work site. It was a bigger job than usual, so they required seven hours to get to all the ducts and registers that required cleaning. This is the third time I have used his company's services.

Ryan was so great to work with!! We hired Elite Steam to remove some laminate flooring in a master bath on a listing. They were more affordable than the other companies we got quotes from and got done much quicker than expected, so they cleaned all the other tile and carpet free of charge! It was such a kind surprise! We’ll definitely use them again. Pictures show some of the floors before and then the final results. 🤩

Pressure washed the vents to where The paint was getting ripped completely off the metal. Bending the return vents by damaging them HVAC still is left with dust and dirt not been cleaned at all! Called the owner he didn’t wanna make it right said the vents have been painted too much! Probably should just stick to cleaning carpets because he did an awful job!
