I had a fire sprinkler bust and flooded a couple apartments. Called Carpet TECH and I was put on a list and they would get to it when they can. I called Dr. Steam and they were there in Less than 30 minutes. After that instant, I had two more Sprinkler systems bust. Once again, Dr. Steve was there in less than 20 minutes. I absolutely love their service.

As we all know Lubbock is simply not equipped for cold weather. As a General Manager for as student property complex in Lubbock, our strongest assets to keep our residents happy are our vendors. Dr. Steam showed up at 2:00 AM to start a water remediation whenever other vendors wouldn't show at all. Fast, easy, courteous, and professional. One couldn't ask for more!

Great service! Booking was easy, they showed up early and called ahead. Very respectful boys did the job, and I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They did the job quick, and thorough. My carpets look great! They also helped me move some furniture I couldn't do by myself. All around a great experience!

Would absolutely recommend Dr. Steam for anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned. They were easy to book with, and the men who came out to do the work were friendly and professional. When a couple of stains resurfaced, they came out again to work on those areas without hesitation.

You never want flooding in your house, but if you have it these are the guys to call. They came out at 10:30 PM and were very kind and professional. They were even patient with my small putty party. Josh came out the next day and walked me through everything. I highly recommend them!

I tried Dr. Steam based on the excellent reviews. I was not disappointed. I only have carpet in my bedrooms. The carpet is a pretty light color. (Probably a mistake on my part!) We are empty-nesters, however, we have grandkids and grand dogs that visit often. Several carpets had obvious stains. I tried shampooing them myself, but that didn't really help. I think I used too much shampoo, further complicating the problem. Dr. Steam came out and cleaned all the carpets, two large rugs and the sofa group in my living area. Everything looks so much better and smells so fresh. I can still see a couple of faint stains, but overall, everything looks great. The young men doing the work were professional, kind, friendly and trustworthy. I was so pleased that I hired them to clean the carpet in the waiting room of our business office. The carpet there looks brand new! I recommend Dr. Steam. I am sure I will be using them again in the future.
