I used Dr. Steam on August 20, 2025. The representative, Janae. was friendly, professional, and just a great person to visit about carpet cleaning. Two young men arrived early (I like early), very polite, intelligent, and explained their job sufficiently. They completed the job approximately 45-60 minutes. They did a beautiful job! My carpet was completely dry in about 2 hrs. It smelled wonderful and looked like new. I was very pleased with the job. I will definitely use them again.
