I absolutely love my house cleaning crew. They are friendly, polite, professional, efficient, and they do a good job. Shawna is the best. She's an excellent team leader and organizes the crew for the most effective and efficient use of time and resources.

the same day I called & gave me a competitive quote for a very deep cleaning. The women that came to clean the next day were absolutely Fantastic! I try to give businesses the benefit of doubt but this is ridiculous. I gave this company a five star review from the initial cleaning and am now giving them a 1 star review. Today we received the "wrong text" from the company talking about us to the staff they responded it was an accident and not about us which is strange given the fact that in the past they've had to come back and re-clean due to the home still being dirty. I intentionally left things in certain places to make sure that the home was being cleaned properly and sure enough it was not. After I returned home counters had not been wiped, microwave was dirty, floors had not been properly cleaned, my things had been moved to other locations, the toilet plunger had been placed on the floor(disgusting), things were thrown in our tub and closet that should not have been open, rugs had not been put back, walls and doors had stuff on them, stove and oven dirty etc.... last time the young lady had the toilet brush inside a cup on our counter tops after cleaning toilets and also mopped our restroom then our kitchen immediately after using the same mop nothing changed. When asked about the dirty stove etc I was told "we only clean the stoves, walls and take out trash on the initial cleaning" which makes absolutely no sense. I have officially cancelled services with company as of today.

Our house got hit hard by the hailstorm this summer and try though we might, we were constantly finding glass and debris from all of our front windows having been blown out. Kim and Sonia did an amazing job with not just that but with everything. So very appreciative of their hard work.

All the ladies did a great job. They even cleaned the baseboards and the inside of my oven. Bravo!
