I had a wonderful experience with Molly Maid this week! I called and was able to secure a visit within 48hr!!!! I’ve had a really hard time keeping up with the housework the past 3-4 months. I had a day off coming up and really hated the idea of spending the entire day cleaning! Molly Maid to the rescue!!!
Daisy and Tabitha came early, and started working quickly and efficiently! I had them for 2 hours!!!!! I cleaned… they cleaned, and together ( mostly them), we had worked down my list of “to- dos” in my high traffic areas!!! I can’t express my appreciation to them enough!!!

Sam and Zana were incredibly kind and so hard working! They put my mind at ease as they happily worked hard to get our country home in order! Plus the price was very reasonable as compared to other quotes I received around town!

After a home remodel and the Lubbock dust we reached out to Molly Maid of Lubbock for a one-time cleaning. We could not be happier with the cleaning as the house looked amazing and the staff they sent, Tabitha, Daisy, and Samantha, took their time and did a wonderful job making sure everything was to our liking. We'll definitely be using them again.

When I first contacted them, they were great and came out and did a quality check. Every time after that was problematic. The last appointment I made, they completely missed their scheduled time and when I called and asked they gave me a 2 hour window and the team showed up 30 minutes before the updated time. The last straw was coming home to floors that were not swept or mopped. This is basic and when you’re paying for a luxury service, this is extremely unprofessional behavior. I have cancelled since then. Don’t waste your time.

Chanel and Autumn made our house feel like new! Everything was spotless from ceiling to floor. We will definitely be having them back!

Availability was very flexible. The girls did an amazing job within a reasonable time frame. I will definitely use them again.

Ariel and Michelle are very professional and staff also. Came with the the vehicle that advertised Molly maids, also the girls had the logo on theirs shirts. They were quick and efficient, the walk thru that my manager was very pleased with the service, and so am I.

The Molly Maids did a wonderful special event cleaning of our home! We really wanted to clean the house before guests came to stay with us for a long weekend. The Molly Maids came right on time when they said they would and were very communicative, friendly, and prompt. The two ladies who deep cleaned our home were incredibly thorough. They got to everything I could think of plus some things I couldn’t! The next morning, I’ve just been walking around the house admiring their work - they cleaned the oven, the baseboards, our cat tree, our upholstery, our walls and doors, and more! They even took extra time to really get the grout and calcium out of our shower. This is a very old house that had a group of frat boys living in it before us who were not the cleanest, and now it’s sparkling as if it’s brand new. I feel like I can breathe better in here now. We are so grateful and would recommend the Molly Maids to anybody!

I had two lovely gals that were so pleasant and left my house spotless. A great way to prep our house before a new baby and took a load off my plate!

Kim and Sonia were amazing! As a move in cleaning, they handled all of the areas that I was concerned about and more!! Michelle came to check on them and again at the end to make sure I was completely satisfied with their work. I will definitely be calling them on a monthly basis!

Yanitza & Carolina did so good! I am currently at the end of my pregnancy & wanted to have a good, deep cleaned house for when baby arrives and they met all expectations! These women worked fast and efficiently. So grateful that them and Molly Maid were able to help us in the arrival of our new baby!

We had an excellent first time clean today with Yanitza and Carolina! They showed up and were so quick and efficient to get our house clean. They were extremely thorough and also were great with our dogs! We will definitely keep using them!

I have used molly maids for years.And this service has always been fantastic.They've always gone above and beyond. I recently returned to lubbock and had the privilege of having mercedes and patricia clean my house today. The work they did is nothing short of a miracle. Team #5 cleaned my house the day before we had a big weekend of showings and did a great job! I have two little ones and knew I wouldn’t be able to get my house looking ready but they booked me in last minute and everything was spotless! It was so nice to come back home and have everything look so good. Thank you!!

Of all the times I have had teams from Molly Maids at my home to clean, they have always missed cleaning things in my home which is always disappointing when after paying, I still have to come home and clean. I get it, I’m very picky for what I pay to be done!

After a super disappointing experience with homeaglow, a neighbor recommended Molly Maid. The set up process was quick and easy, Michelle did my walk through and was very nice and helpful. Daisy, Sonia, Kylie and Kim were super sweet and did an amazing job! So far, I’m impressed and will be a repeat customer.

Our maids did an excellent job of cleaning the house. We asked for a thorough clean in our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home and they did everything we expected and then some. The staff was respectful and got right down to business. I will use them again if the need arises.

Annette, Kylie, and Michelle are a great team. They were very friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. The house was very clean and well organized, and their attention to detail really showed. Overall, it was a great experience and their teamwork truly stood out.

Annette and Chelsea did a deep cleaning for me recently. They both did a great job, spent time on the details! Chelsea worked in the master bath, did a great job on the shower door especially, very important with lubbock’s hard water. Every room, the kitchen and baths were really clean when she finished. Annette did a great job in the dining, living and master bedroom. Cleaned all the base boards, furniture, light fixtures and ceiling fans.
Both ladies were pleasant and professional!
