I am a home builder in Lubbock and have used Elite Steam and Restoration numerous times to seal grout for my customers prior to move in. Ryan is always great about working around our schedule to get this completed prior to move in and they do a great job. I've also had them clean carpets and tile/grout in my personal home and have been very pleased with the results and great responsiveness.

Ryan & his team cleaned our air ducts today & they did an amazing job! We have all been suffering from allergies from all the dust & having our ducts cleaned made such a huge difference. We can all breathe better & it just feels so much cleaner. It even smells clean! We will definitely be getting this service done again!

FANTASTIC SERVICE! Been using them for years and they never disappoint. We bought a house that had already been "professionally" cleaned, that still had stains and pet odor. Ryan came out and made the carpets look brand new! Fantastic service and even better price!
