I have used Carpet Solutions Several times. They are so professional and thorough. I have multiple pets and you would never know it because they help me keep the west Texas dirt and natural pet odor cleaned. I would HIGHLY recommend Carpet Solutions

If anyone needs their carpet cleaned or any of their other services I would recommend Carpet Solutions over and over! They cleaned the rent house we just moved out of and were incredibly nice and professional! The carpets look brand new!

Carpet Solutions is a great company. They always get me on the schedule very quickly, and if there are ever any issues, Jeff and Lezlee fix it immediately without any questions. They are very dependable, and I recommend them to anyone looking for someone to shampoo their carpets!

Carpet Solutions did a fantastic job cleaning our church's old carpets. We can't do anything about the wear and tear on 30 year old carpet, but the stains are GONE! No one believed those carpets could look that good again! Brian and his crew took very good care of us at a very reasonable rate. I recommend them without hesitation!

I accidentally scheduled for the wrong thing. It was easily adjusted. I ended up getting called to work on my day off. So I was running late to the appointment time. The tech patiently waited for my arrival. The whole time the Carpet tech remained friendly and professional. My couches look a million times better! Definitely will be doing business again!

Had two scheduled places to get cleaned. Jason showed up to one of the location and did a great job, but the following day he was supposed to show up and clean the 2nd location. He called me and said "I am on my way". This sorry guy never showed.....when i called his number....he hung up on me. All he had to do was say thst he was not going to mskr it instead of lying to me.

We were putting our house on the market and the realtor suggested that we have our windows professionally cleaned. My husband and I had honestly never though about doing this before. Windows by Chad come out and I can't explain the amazing difference it made! If I would have thought about how much natural sunlight we were missing out on and the beauty that clean windows make, I would have done this a long time ago. They got to us quick!! They were so nice and courteous and even explained in detail everything that they were doing along the way. Now, we are using them monthly!

Absolutely amazing service. We welcomed Taylor and Ernest to take care of our windows, they were efficient and professional; picked up and put back perfectly everything they moved. Our windows and screens have never been so clean! Can't wait to have them back out again.
