Called today because we had a spill at our office !! Red stain on our carpet!!! They came out with in 15 min , removed the stain ,the carpet is good a new. So Professional and fast, thanks for saving the day. I have also used Flatland for water extraction and they did such a great job. Do not hesitate to call for any of emergency you may have or if you just need your carpet or upholstery to be fresh!

Flatland has been to our home to take care of our carpet twice now - we have a dog who has a medical issue which has led to his staining our carpet - these guys have been wonderful in taking care of cleaning the rooms(s) along with the smell! We will use them again and again when needed! I just call, let them know what we need and they have no problem in getting us set-up.

They did a wonderful job of cleaning my carpet. I used a carpet shampooer that made my carpet smell funny. The smell is now completely gone. They did an amazing job. We will be calling them in the future! The prices are very affordable and fair as well. Thank y'all so much!!

Our carpet needed stretching for a few wrinkles. The guys came to look at the issue and were able to get us taken care asap along with a carpet cleaning. They were on time, efficient, and did a thorough job! Will use Flatland again and recommend them to all of my friends!

Phenomenal Customer Service! I tried to clean my 4 year old white-ish carpet myself & it was drying with a brown tint. They knew exactly what the problem was & didn't hesitate to come back again until it was perfect. My carpet looks brand new!!!
