We have our carpet cleaned on a regular basis. This is the first time we have used Zerorez Lubbock (new owner) and this was the best service we have EVER received. Zerorex provided the best service! My appointment frame was between 8-10 am, the technician was right on time at 8am with a smile on his face. Considering I have children who suffer from allergies, keeping clean carpet is esssential. All of my rooms were shampooed and they were left clean, looking and smelling amazing! In my opinion Zerorex is the next best thing when it comes to carpet cleaning. The technicians are friendly, they leave you satisfied with the services the provide, and the price is just right! Absolutely Amazing!

I highly recommend Zerorez for rug cleaning. I was concerned about cleaning my natural fiber rugs due to the cleaning instructions saying “do not get wet”. Philip patiently explained their cleaning process, was highly professional, and did a great job of cleaning my dirty rugs. I will use them moving forward.

Jeremy was nothing short of incredible! He is very professional and I felt entirely comfortable leaving my house to run errands while he worked. My carpets were spotless and stains I hadn't been able to get out after countless attempts were gone. My solid white carpets looked brand new. Additionally, Jeremy went above and beyond and was willing to try out cleaning a fireplace with horrible smells - and his cleaning agents were able to neutralize the smell entirely. 10/10 recommend and will be using him for everything I possibly can in the future!

Very professional and knowledgeable. The cost for what they cleaned was very reasonable. They cleaned A sectional, 2 large area rugs and our air vents in a timely manner. Our sectional and rugs look brand new. They even wiped all the ceiling fans when cleaning the vents. We will be using them again, and I would recommend them to any business or resident that needs a good cleaning.

Easy to book with affordable pricing. They don't use heavy chemicals or shampoos so the carpet always feels soft after a cleaning. Josh was great. Professional and knowledgeable about the whole process. He even took time to share tips on how we can keep things looking better for longer. He said they aren't as well known in the Lubbock area which is a shame because they do great work.

Jeremy and Philip did an amazing job on my stairs and couch! The carpet on the stairwell looks brand new again (I have a dog and he had some tummy troubles, you can imagine the massacre) our couch looks and smells so clean, and the best part is there is no soapy, leftover residue left behind! They were friendly and helpful, great customer service! 10 out of 10, would highly recommend.

I give it a one star only because they came out to try to clean my couch and carpet. I am very disappointed that I had to clean it myself after them when they could not get the stain out. I got the stain out myself. I called them back to see if they can come Back and try to get the stain out but did not come back. They could have communicated and said what day for sure. I understand they had other appointments but they say they have customer satisfied and could have said something before they closed. The most disappointing cleaning I ever had!
