The technician was very helpful with my concerns about taking his time and not rushing the job. He removed all the stains from the carpet. Definitely a five star experience and will be using Zerorez again. One more detail unlike other companies Zeroez doesn’t charge a millage fee for customers who live outside of Lubbock. A well known carpet cleaning company in Lubbock I called charges $2.50 per mile. I live in Littlefield that would have cost an extra $85 dollars…

The guy who did my couches was so sweet and understanding! I would definitely rebook with them when needed! The service was awesome! Couches turned out great! Will be recommending these guys to lots of people!

Cannot say enough good about this company! We get our carpets cleaned pretty regularly, but this is the first time we’ve used Zerorez and we won’t ever use anyone else now. My son had ketchup and chocolate syrup in his floor and Bryan got it all up and his carpets look brand new. Bryan was so nice and so great with my kids! This is the 3rd company i’ve used and by far the best. Our carpet has never looked so clean and so new🤍

I’m updating this review following the response from the company. Yes, emotions were high during our phone call—but only because I was being blatantly disrespected by someone claiming to be the co-owner of the West Texas branch. He laughed while I was speaking, talked over me, and was incredibly dismissive and unprofessional throughout the conversation.

The issue is simple: after their service, the carpet padding in one of our guest rooms remained damp and began to smell terrible. It was clear the area hadn’t been properly cleaned or dried. When I tried to get a resolution—either a re-clean or a refund—they went silent. We ultimately had to pull up the carpet and padding ourselves.

Instead of taking responsibility or showing any professionalism, the company is now refusing to make it right because I was upset after being treated poorly. This response speaks volumes about how they handle customer concerns. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

We hired Zerorez of West Texas (Lubbock area) to clean a room with past pet accidents, expecting a professional job and better results based on their advertised reputation and 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.

The carpet was cleaned last Thursday evening (5 p.m.)—it’s now nearly a week later, and it’s still damp, musty, and now smells even worse than before. Despite running a ceiling fan, floor fan, air purifier, and leaving windows open for airflow, the carpet never dried properly. On top of that, the urine smell has intensified, and now there’s a strong chemical fragrance that contradicts their “chemical-free” marketing claims.

We followed all the recommended steps after cleaning, but something clearly went wrong—either the carpet was overwet, not properly extracted, or not treated deeply enough for pet odors.

When we contacted the local office to resolve the issue, the owner, Brian Duncan, was rude and dismissive on the phone to both my husband and me. He refused to come out and inspect or re-clean the area, even though their website clearly states a 30-day guarantee.

Now we’re stuck with a damp, smelly carpet, concerned about possible mold, and no resolution in sight. We’ve been told we might get a refund, but only if it’s approved after they “discuss it with their partners.” This level of customer service is completely unacceptable.

Zerorez corporate needs to be aware of how this local franchise is treating customers. We trusted the Zerorez name and were let down completely.

Zero res always leaves our carpet looking brand new! Especially our couch downstairs. They bring it back to life every time.

Zerorez has great customer service, however, I would not recommend their couch cleaning service. I had my sectional cleaned a couple of days before I moved, which caused me a great deal of disappointment. I paid $215 plus tax to have my couch cleaned, but when I examined the couch after it dried, I saw that it was still very dirty. Unfortunately, instead of calling to have them come back to redo the couch, we decided to go ahead and pack the coach anyway because we needed to get it in the moving truck first in order to start pack everything else. Anyway, I contacted Zerorez after I moved and told them about the issue. The rep was great and looked into different options to help. Unfortunately, I had already moved out of Lubbock and couldn't have my couch redone, and was told I wasn't eligible for a refund because I didn't give them the opportunity to come back and redo the couch. This was very annoying because the couch shouldn't have been that dirty following a cleaning anyway. The tech was great and worked really hard, I just think the technology was ineffective. Also, I guess maybe Zerorez expected me to delay an already stressful packing and moving experience in order to give them a second chance to do a job that should have already been done right the first time. Anyway, I greatly regret having my couch cleaned with the company and would not recommend this service. The pictures included are after the couch had been "cleaned" by Zerorez. Definitely not worth the money.

10-18-2024 Phillip was the technician. He was awesome! Very personable, neat in appearance, and efficient. I was not the perfect customer this time, but he was very nice to me and did a thorough job on the carpet. He even retrieved a cat toy he accidentally sucked up with the vacuum. He explained what he was going to do next each time and he clarified for me how to prepare for the cleaning next time. This company has been excellent twice now and I was even able to set up a recurring appointment which I did. No need to look for another company anymore. I'm getting what I'm paying for and I appreciate it. Thank you, Mr. Castillo!

Jeremy is EXCELLENT! My carpet looks brand new! It's over 5 years old, and I have two cats! He arrived early, and even though he had to wait for me to get there, he was still extremely nice and friendly. He did a wonderful job on the carpet. He didn't rush through it, and he explained a lot about the process. The carpet feels great! I told him about using a carpet rake before he came, and he told me I didn't need to do that because he has a machine that dredges the carpet before he starts to clean. That tool is amazing! He showed me what it was able to pull from my carpet, and it was mindblowing. I've had this carpet done two other times, but this was the best it's ever, ever looked, and the pricing is FANTASTIC! I used Carpet Tech before, and my carpets look a lot better and are significantly cleaner than what they did and for a little bit less. I appreciate that he didn't walk his cowboy boots all over my carpet like they did. I also appreciate that he didn't take me to the cleaner for pet treatment that was reasonable, too. They have the highest rating of clean, Platinum rating, and for good reason. Jeremy is worth every cent! Professional, efficient, and done with care. Loved it!

Frank helped me look at a home I was purchasing and came up with a good gutter solution. This helped keep the rain from flooding my pool.

Man, these guys are great! My house flooded when the rain and hail came a few weeks ago. They came out that night and cleaned it all up, and got us back to normal. They did a great job, so easy to work with!

We have used Flatland several times now and it is always a great experience. The guys come in and tell us what they will do and estimated time of completion. They show up when they say and do a great job.

Flatland had my business from here until the foreseeable future. They are always professional and courteous and are prompt and highly efficient. The owners are great people and care about their customers.

We had two rooms cleaned with the pet treatment. Juwan was quick and professional and did a great job. I was pleased with the price, but I should have clarified what it would be ahead of time as it was a little more than expected.

Justin and Rylan came in and repaired some torn carpet, treated pet stains and steam cleaned the entire house. They got kid stains out I didn't think would come out. Justin even took my big clock down and changed the time for me. Talk about customer service!! Very impressed and will definitely use them again!

The guys who came to clean my carpet were courteous and helpful. That's why they get two stars. The actual cleaning of the carpet was substandard at best, pathetic at worst. The Dominion paid for this cleaning as a perk for renewing my lease. I paid nothing for this and got exactly what I paid.
