Great service from Jeff and his accomplice! They arrived on time and worked quickly. Love having fresh clean carpets and he did a complete turnaround on my area rug! Would recommend to anyone!

This is absolutely the BEST result I have ever had from a carpet cleaning. I took pictures before and after of my carpets and the result was mind boggling! I also had my ceramic tile cleaned in my kitchen and utility room! Again! Phenomenal results. The tile hasn’t looked that good since thye day we got it! We challenged Seth at Zerorez with dirty, pet stained carpet and grimy tile and he surpassed our expectations with a fabulous result...and all that while being extremely professional and friendly.
We will definitely use Zerorez again!

Our carpet is pretty old and it had gotten pretty dirty since I cleaned it last with my steam cleaner. Joshua was very professional and knowledgeable, as well as polite and thoughtful. My carpet looks very clean and back to the original color. Definitely better than when I clean it myself. I got the protectant put on it, so hopefully it stay pretty for a good while.

Amazing service! No detergents or shampoo is the only option for my children! There’s no one else in Lubbock that can do what these guys do! My couch feels brand new, floors are immaculate, and Zero Residue! Absolutely incredible!

Landen and Nate were very professional, explained everything very well and were very thorough to look for problem areas from our multiple cats. I have never left a review ever...but thought this company definitely deserves one. Seth was the guy that did our much over due carpets today. He really took his time and explained everything to us. There was no high pressured sales tactics, just the facts so we could choose what would be the best for our family. And he cleans and sanitized his equipment between houses and social distances during this quarantine. So.....this is a great time to have your carpets cleaned! Will definitely be using Zerorez again!

It was a pleasure to work with Josh, who is super professional and knows carpet cleaning, what works and what doesn’t. He literally got every pet stain out of our home and left it smelling fresh. Cleaning lasts months with occasional spot treatments using zerorez product. Highly recommended!

Joshua was congenial and explained each step thoroughly. When I added a chair to the four already done he showed flexibility to work it in. He arrived close to the agreed time and completed the work in 2 hours. The results are amazing. We’ve used this vendor before and also like how fast the carpets dry. I called Zerorez and was able to quickly and easily schedule an appointment for the following day. The service I received was excellent and very professional. They cleaned a chaise lounge, a large area rug, and two carpeted rooms. All of these areas look SO much better! I have already recommended them to two family members because it was a great experience :)

Wow! After many other carpet cleaners, Zerorex & Phillip are excellent. My carpet is very old & damaged, but Phillip did fantastic job of bringing it back. I certainly will be using them again. Best at cleaning, customer service and real RESULTS! Dried very quickly and nice and clean without harsh chemicals! Usually I have allergies difficulties with the other brands but not with Zeroex.

The technician did an awesome job! He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the cleaning process and explained everything he was doing. I’ve used plenty of carpet cleaning companies and can honestly say this has been the best! Will definitely use them again when the time comes.
