First time using this service and I’m so relieved and happy that I went with the right company! From setting up the appointment, to having my carpet cleaned was a great experience. All my questions were answered and someone was always ready to answer my questions or point me in the right direction to as what I needed for my carpet. Juwan came out this morning and I couldn’t believe what a great job he did and it didn’t take him long! He took the time to call me before arriving, and once he got there he didn’t waste time and went right to

Highly recommend! We had 3 rooms, 3 pieces of upholstered furniture, and 2 area rugs we needed cleaned and freshened up. I called and received a very straightforward quote with no gimmicks. They were able to get us scheduled very quickly as well!

The 2 employees they sent out were prompt and extremely polite the entire time. They took extra care with getting spots out of the carpet and furniture (because... Kids) and were friendly and helpful in answering my questions.

We will use them again and make sure to refer them to our friends and family.

Juwan was great! Called when he was in his way, met me at home and waited patiently while I vacuumed (I totally spaced doing that before hand). And he was done super quickly! I will definitely be using flatland again! Wish I had gotten before pictures, but my carpet looks brand new!

We have Flatland come out twice now to clean our floors and won’t be using them again. The first time was a year ago. They cleaned about 1800 SF of my laminate flooring in about 30 min. There was standing water everywhere and you could see dirt streaks. We called and they sent someone else out to redo it. We tried them again today. This time they cleaned our entire home. Again there is standing water everywhere and my wife is spending the next hour on her hands and knees wiping it up. On top of that, the floors are still dirty. I thought the first time was just a fluke but looks like this must be normal. Very disappointing.

Flatland did a great job cleaning three bedrooms with carpet at a reasonable price. Will definitely use again!

Justin and Rylan did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in my house. Super friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. The difference is night and day. I couldn’t be happier with the results! Will definitely use them again!

I would give less starts if it weren’t for the fact that they gave me a free rug cleaning due to having to reschedule because of a machine issue. Let me just say I wasn’t upset that they had to reschedule, that’s understandable and the rug looks great. I was unsatisfied with the couch cleaning. The 2 cleaners were here for maybe an hour and didn’t seem to clean a noticeable large spill stain. They had me point out some main areas I was concerned about. I showed them the spill stain under a cushion and on the arm of the couch. Those areas got cleaned but they did not clean the cushion that was also stained. 15 min after they left I cleaned the cushion myself to see if it would come up and it did. I just really expected more for my money. I will post the before and after photo of the area I cleaned myself. Sadly I won’t be using this company again.

We purchased a house that Flatland was supposed to stretch before closing. I feel bad for the realtor who paid for this service. Closed on 2/11 and here is what the stretching looks like. Flatland stated they would never fix the carpet transition.

My dog ate something that didn’t agree with her. I didn’t think the carpet was going to be salvageable. Thankfully I got Carpet Solutions recommended to me. They ended up doing a few rooms and I’ve never seen my carpets so clean. They were quick, thorough, and professional. So glad to have found them.
