I have used Sunshine Ladies Cleaning Service for almost 3 years! I have them come in and do general housekeeping such as: dusting, vacuuming, and mopping to name a few. I have been using Sunshine Ladies Cleaning Service for about 1.5 years now. I am very pleased with their work. They respond quickly when I ask them to do something differently or extra, and they are very careful with my special items. And this is important to me, so I need to mention it--I have NEVER noticed anything missing from my house. I feel comfortable giving them a key and they let themselves in when I am not there and lock up when I leave. I can definitely recommend their services.

Absolutely Fantastic Job!!! I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail exhibited by Vision Pro! They finished sooner than I expected, so I went in looking for whatever areas they missed! And our place was spotless! We were very impressed! And Shatedra was very polite and professional! I wish I could give them 10 Stars!

We have used this company for a while. They were consistent with price and “ok” cleaning. We had to call on a regular basis to touch up. However, recently we noticed that they never wanted to be in building when people were there. They have asked our staff to leave on several occasions and then the unthinkable happend. We were missing a bag of cash. Cameras were unplugged and we are not sure how many times this has happened as our staff began to recount several times things not adding up.
When we let the company know about this. No response was given. If I were the owner, I would have been at my door within the hour. We have a new service who are happy, responsible and responsive!

Our story starts months before I contacted VisionPro about cleaning my son's house. In May of 2021 my son and his wife and their precious 2 1/2 month old twins left their house for the day and were not able to return to it. My DIL had a serious medical condition that required her to be hospitalized for several months. While she was in the hospital, my son and his babies lived with us so he could spend every spare minute at the hospital with his wife.
Because they left so abruptly, there was a LOT left undone for an extended period of time. And there was NO TIME for anyone to go take care of it between tending to twins when not at the hospital.
I reached out to VisionPro and they came to the rescue. Those ladies worked so hard to get the house in a livable condition again - including animal hair! (Animals are living with us as well). We will be forever grateful to Shatedra and her crew for going above and beyond to help us out.
After 8 plus months of the extra people in my house (1 adult and 2 growing babies) as well as the extra animals, I've reached out to VisionPro again to come work on MY house! I'm so ready for clean!
