Any mom reading this should definitely book! 2 ladies came and cleaned my home. They helped with laundry, and even scrubbed the walls where my kids leave fingerprints. They arrived on time, and completed the job exactly at the time estimated previously. I'm so happy to not have my house look like a tornado ran through it anymore lol. 10/10 would use again!

Where do I start? My dad was very sick and living without help for a bit as we did not know how bad he had gotten. The house was in a TRAGIC state and we were desperate for help. Amongst the stacking medical bills a cleaning service didn’t seem possible…and then I found sparkling crew. They were beyond friendly and prompt. She squeezed me in the schedule to get this done ASAP! And the price- unbelievable! I could not believe the quote and the clean we received was worth triple what they charged us! I never thought I’d cry over a clean house but I couldn’t believe the work Minnie put in for us. You would’ve thought she was family herself with the amount of care and detail she put in. After what she’s done for us she practically is family!!! Do yourself a favor and have them take care of you. From the second they answered the phone I felt so taken care of. You will NOT find better!

After working with several different cleaning companies in the lubbock area I am so happy we finally found Callie and Sparkling Crew. Callie has gone above and beyond each time she has cleaned our home and has been nothing short of immaculate. She treats our home with nothing but respect and is very flexible with our tenants ever changing school schedule. Whether it’s tech students looking for a move out clean or long term residents looking for bi weekly or weekly service I would highly recommend sparkling crew. It’s been nothing but a pleasure working with them and we will continue to use them for years to come.

I appreciated how responsive they were despite having to rebook last minute. My apartment did a shabby job in getting my place ready for move in but the cleaning lady did a great job.

I needed a move-out cleaning service, but I was only in town for one day moving my son out of his college apartment. I called a couple of places and finally Sparkling Crew. The person I spoke with was understanding and very helpful, managing to get a cleaning pro out to the apartment that afternoon. He arrived exactly on time, was courteous, and did a fantastic job. The apartment now looks great and smells great too. I can highly recommend this cleaning service!

Extremely courteous while scheduling the cleaning. They keep you informed while yhey are there cleaning. Nick was very nice and did an awesome job.

Bait and switch!
I booked a "standard" one-time cleaning of my 1869 square foot home and received an invoice for $285.05. Shortly after booking the cleaning, I received a text message from "Jess," advising me that the price I was invoiced for was only for clients who had already had a "deep clean" with them, and that I would have to accept a "deep clean" for $357.23. When I called Jess out on this (suggesting that it was starting to sound like a "bait & switch" deal) and asked him to explain the difference between a "deep" and "standard" clean (how much extra work would be performed for the higher price), his response was to cancel the booking, stating, "we don’t feel this booking is the best fit." This is almost certainly because I had the audacity to suggest that they were using "bait & switch" tactics.

Good job.
