My house looks and smells amazing. She was very thorough.

Stephanie always clean my home extremely well. We are using two week interval cleaning and we are very satisfied with the service.

Tori did an amazing job cleaning! She worked effectively and efficiently. Had to make several adjustments with day/time for first appt and they were so accommodating! Great company to work with!!

I hired them to clean my mom's place. The woman were very friendly. There were things missed and they had to come back. The 2 stars had nothing to do with the cleaning but the frustration with billing. I went over in detail with Brian before hiring the company of the cost the rate and the amount. We even did scenarios of possible cost if the cleaners were over or under in the amount of time it took to complete the job since I didn't know the correct square footage of the unit. They finished in 2.5 hours. I was billed for 5. I asked him specifically if the time finished was less would the bill be decreased. Brian said yes. I gave him an example amount and he also said yes.
But now that the cleaning was complete I questioned the bill. Brian told me, I must not understand how "labor" hours are billed. Funny. I just hired a moving company and asked them about their charges and "labor hours". I told them about what happened with the cleaning company. Her response. "Clean Slate by Faith screwed you over".

I hired Clean Slate by Faith to deep clean our home. I am very happy with the quality of the cleaning. The technicians were punctual, thorough, and even finished the cleaning early. I will definitely hire them again in the future!

Clean Slate By Faith sent Angie to us and she was a God-send. Truly! We have lost 3 of our parents in the last 9 months and have gotten behind on regular house “things” as well as accumulated alot of items due to these circumstances. Angie was thorough, efficient, friendly and has a work ethic that is rare to see these days. Thank you!

Completed my requested cleaning service in the time they said they would. This was my first time using their service. My technician was polite and professional. I appreciated the pre- and post-walk throughs she provided. She even helped me identify a problem area that was easily fixed. I would love to request her again in the future. This is my first experience with Clean Slate. We are putting our house on the market and I wanted the listing pictures to be perfect. I really thought my house was clean and that they wouldn't have allot to do. Guys, 4 1/2 hours later, my house is cleaner than its ever been. Tori and Brenda were quiet, respectful, and worked their butts off. They made the entire house SHINE! Totally worth every penny. ❤️

This is the perfect service to have done 2 or 3 times per year for that deep, deep cleaning that you didn't even know you needed.

I’m not sure who wrote all the 5 star reviews, but I can tell you the service we received was not 5 stars. It’s not even worth the 1 star.
You couldn’t even tell the house had been cleaned!!!
No cleaning product smells, cobwebs on light fixtures, dusty light fixtures and ceiling fans, grime on all the counter tops, and grime in the master shower.
Sent pictures via email with my concerns and received a call that they would come ‘fix what was missed’
The same cleaner was sent and wanted us to point out what we wanted redone. How about you do everything since it was not really done the first time.
I was also told that the folks who received my email didn’t take any concerns to the issues raised, other than us being picky.
Definitely not good customer service nor do you get what you pay for.

I had a move in-move out cleaning by Clean Slate by Faith this past week. Faith was amazing and very professional! Her staff very professional. My fiancé spoke with her personally about the cleaning services and what we needed. She gave us confidence the job was going to get done! After the cleaning service, I was not impress. I’m finding cob-webs in the corners of rooms we are currently painting. Window seals still covered in dirt. Their was dishonesty about a tile be broken in the bathroom. The staff did a tremendous job on the fridge and oven. . We are in the process of renovating so reason the house is empty and needed and deep cleaning.

Great experience with our cleaner, we just had our first baby and needed some extra help. Everything looks great and we feel more at ease that there’s less on our to-do list!
