I call this place “the super center of HVAC”. Always have anything regarding Brian, Pain, Carrier. You name it, they got it.

Most everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. Great for Bryant and Carrier HVAC units. Somethings they have in stock and others they have to order. They do forget to call you back when stuff arrives that's been ordered. Would recommend to people who work on HVAC.

Always have to double check/return wrong items. I prefer Johnstone unless I have to shop there.
Picked up a single piece of 5" snap pipe.
They gave me a 6" got to love Madden. Happens every time.

I own a business and I hired them to do plumbing. They did not do a good job at all. I called to see if they could come and fix the mistakes they had made and the customer service was terrible. I could hardly get a hold of anyone. Never will be hiring them again

We had a great experience with Nick for our plumbing renovations for our new bathroom and additions in our basement of a washer and dryer hookup with a deep sink. Most companies seem great at face value but you can really judge a company at how they handle unexpected issues.

This morning we went to submerge our air exchange filters in our basement sink for the first time and noticed it was leaking from the bottom. I text Nick expecting to pay something as he installed it 2 years ago. He asked me if he could come immediately and showed up at my house within 30minutes of the text before 8am. He fixed it and told me it succulent have done that and didn't charge me a dime.

Nick is an exceptional person to work with. He is young and will always take care of his clients. The future is bright for Hub City Plumbing. Thank you!
