These guys are great! Noone else could get me in for two days but they had a crew by to fix my ceiling leak within a few hours.

Lady who answered was rude and didn’t act the least bit interested in helping us out.
Don’t have “open 24 hours” if your people are going to be rude when you call on the weekend.

I call this guys at 3am. I had a bad leak that was going to cost me tons of money because of my wood floor and part of my fancy wall. They told me about over time rate. I agree They save me miney because of the damages that leak was going to cause and they also save my house from being flooded. Thank you phill kerrs.

My AC went out and I thought it was going to cost a small fortune to fix. Called Phil Kerr and they where at my house in 2 hours and had the problem fixed in 30 minutes. Only cost $188 to fix. Thanks guys for thinking about the customer!

the woman in the office screamed and threw a fit when I walked in her office looking for someone to help me, told me to get back and keep my distance. I was there to do business and when she went to unlock the gate she wanted me to keep my distance and "turn around so I don't see the code". I never went back after this, who treats ppl like this?

I paid $1200 for condenser fan installation on Sunday. That included 3 hours of $160 in overtime charges while the worker looked for the fan. As I called other HVAC companies one said he had the fan on his truck and if I had called him the total cost would have been $560.

The owner call a week later and made this right.

We had a water leak under the house and had a mess under there. They came out, fixed it, had to crawl under the house and get very muddy and did a great job. They were so nice, did the work that night, and were so very reasonable on the cost. We always have great service from this company.

My house AC stopped working in August (yikes). I called at 7:30 in the evening and got an immediate answer; we set up an appointment for the next day, and they successfully fixed my unit in about 20 minutes for a very reasonable price. I'll definitely be calling them again for HVAC or plumbing needs. Thanks!

The only AC/plumbing company I will use in LBK. I previously used Bruce Thornton and had a horrible experience (terrible and rude customer service from dispatchers). Phil Kerr's is very personable-- on wkd/off-hours, I have always had an actual plumber answer my calls (not an answering service like others do). They have also done a fantastic job fixing various issues in an extremely efficient manner. Lastly, they are very honest and do not over-charge for anything. Can not recommend them highly enough.

Had a leak in my toilet and some other parts that needed to be replaced. They came out same day and repaired everything within about 30 minutes of showing up. Very courteous and called before showing up to keep me informed of how long it would be before they arrived.

We woke up on Thursday morning to a flooded bathroom. We called several plumbers to see who would be available to help us. We were so grateful to have our problem fixed by 11:00 A.M.! We will definitely be calling in the future with any plumbing problems. Great company!!

Phil came in with a helper, touched base with the city, & had the drains clog free within 48 hours of first contact at a third of the cost I imagined it would be! I appreciate these guys a lot & I'm sure you will too!

My water heater began to leak. Ok, so call someone or check local hardware stores. Cross off hardware stores. No guarantees because they contract everything out. Check online and get estimates. You can get an estimate but it's extra. Posted on a site and asked for a company to respond. Immediately I get a response from Phil Kerr. Now the information I did not give them was that my water heater was 22" in width and the closet it was in now was only 19" doorway. Seems water heater was there when A/C was added later and now no room. Never fear they responded and were not in the least perplexed by this Puzzle. The lead guy climbs up and behind the water heater , past the huge A/C . Must have been a contortionist. They replaced, added hardware, breaker, etc. While talking with them I asked about a problem with my faucet in the bathtub. Next thing I know a guy has that fixed as well. The bill is handed to me and I nearly faint. There were no added fees (even the bathtub faucet repair). It was below what a competitor had quoted and "God Bless" them. They even smiled when they left. If you can find that anywhere else, well good luck.

These guys are great. I have used them several times and have had excellent service. I had an emergency situation on a rent house at the end of their day (on a Friday). They explained it would be overtime rates. I agreed and these guys were out in no
time and had the problem fixed.

Jeremy and Cole replaced my leaking water heater. They were the nicest people! They called Home Depot customer service to return my leaking water heater under warranty and then transported old water heater to Home Depot and picked up a new one for me. Thank you!

They go beyond to get you fixed up! Even being a Labor Day weekend, they worked till the job was done. And didn’t over charge they treat there customers with respect and the crew was great & polite and very efficient! Had A1 plumbing come to my home in such a rush making me feel I was a bother to them even though Home shield contacted them. They were to booked and busy is what the guy said. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them. I will forever here on out only use Phil Kerr plumbing company and refer them to EVERYONE! Thanks again for going beyond. God bless your business and may it flourish even more!

I have used this company a few times and they by far give the best service at a reasonable price! I never have any problems with jobs they have worked on and will continue to use their quality service.

Earls pitiful service and unprofessional office staff
Dale Bolles beyond pitiful service since they damage your property and tell you they did only to turn around and try and give you an astronomical price to repair what now they claim they never did. Then they send bill for estimate.
