Joe Rushing Plumbing was outstanding for my plumbing needs! Had a significant water leak under my house. Joe’D and his crew were professional, knowledgeable and kept me informed about progress and options along the way. Would definitely recommend them to anyone—no matter how big or small the project might be.

I was scheduled to have my hot water heater flushed for some time after 12. They were able to come out soon after that and I was not waiting all afternoon. The technician was professional, reliable, and friendly. Overall, great service and I would definitely call them again.

Drew and Cole did great work repairing my hot water heater and replacing my AC/Htr thermostat. They went out of their way to give me excellent pricing by installing a universal thermostat instead of the VERY pricey name brand. They were friendly and professional. Office staff was also friendly and helpful.

The service man that arrived (on time) to our house (Robb) was very courteous, professional, informative. Robb was finished a LOT quicker than we expected, considering he was working on a 53 year old fixture. He had it repaired and the water back on in a very short time.
Robb assessed the "situation" first and gave us an estimate before he ever started the repairs (which was greatly appreciated). He was absolutely honest and forthcoming about what services would be necessary to complete the repairs (including contingencies), and went right to it once we gave approval.
He also explained services available regarding our water heater, which will extend the life of the water heater by reducing the effect od "hard" water we all contend with here on the high plains.
We will definitely be calling Joe Rushing henceforth, and suggest to everybody they do the same.

5 stars –These guys fixed our patio ice maker disaster fast and right.
Our outdoor patio ice maker (the kind built into the outdoor kitchen) suddenly started gushing water everywhere. Turns out the flexible plastic water supply line cracked and burst during the freeze we recently had. Water was pooling on the patio, seeping toward the house foundation, and the ice maker was non-stop filling/flooding mode.
I contacted Joe Rushing Plumbing. They were able to come out promptly. Huge relief!
Tech arrived right on time in a clean, with a clearly marked vehicle. He was professional from the jump, shook hands and immediately assessed the situation. No upselling drama explained options clearly and quickly fixed the problem.
Pricing was fair and transparent: upfront quote matched the final bill exactly, with no hidden fees.
The tech was courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about doing it right the first time—no pushy extras, just solid advice on preventing this in the future. They made a stressful, watery disaster feel manageable. I've already told my neighbors about them.

Had an early morning - urgent - plumbing issue. John came over immediately ... fixed the problem ... cleaned up. He did an excellent job.

Had an issue with our AC toward the end of the day, on good Friday none the less, and y'all... the tech came out to fix our AC. We would have been baking in the heat if it wasn't for him coming to save the day. 5 stars across the board. Definitely recommend.

Rowe helped keep my old units maintained and going but when the day came to replace them they did a masterful job! Very attentive to details. Wonderful technicians! They know heating and air!

Not trust worthy. The little guy who went into my addict unhooked two of the vents and laid the duct work (hose) out into the middle of the floor. They did this to try and get me to install a brand new A/C. Because of that all my cool air went into the addict & it sucked dirt & crud down into the house causing everyone breathing problems. So I used a different company who using video were able to show me how the system had been sabotaged.

Sabino with Rowe has come out to my place multiple times to help me with a problem. He’s always happy to help, clear with communication, and very kind to answer my many questions. I’m a customer for life - and am telling my friends to be too.

John with Rowe Pumbing replaced old gas logs for us and did an excellent job. He was attentive to detail, was neat, efficient and on time. He also took time to patiently explain to us how to use the logs. We are so thankful we found the perfect company & person to take care of our specific need.
