Landscaping reviews in Lubbock, Texas

Just spent the last hour pulling grass and weeds from my landscaped plants and rocks! $750 and he did not bother to put down any landscape fabric to help block the grass and weeds! I did call and ask him to come and fit it, he never showed and now will not answer my calls.
SAVE YOUR MONEY, could have done better then he did.

We purchased ALL of our landscaping plants from All Pro....along with input from the owner, my flower beds have turned out beautiful! When we had a problem with one of the plants, All Pro came by, went and got another plant and took care of our problem without any hassles. They have also taken care of our lawn needs with the correct fertilizer, weed control, etc. Our lawn looks great!

I called about purchasing firewood and the person said to go to the website and order. I did, never heard back.

Ryan did amazing work on my front yard! I had so many lawnscapers stop by for opinions and it was mind blowing the lack of professionalism I saw. Ryan on the other hand blew me away by mapping out exactly what he was thinking before hand and executed it in no time and for a very reasonable price! I would highly recommend him

I told Ryan, “time is valuable and I won’t hire you if you’re late.” He was on time for my estimate, for the days he worked, and everything in between. The work was done well, our input taken into consideration, and the look of the bed is superb. Since we had him work the first of November he didn’t want to put in sub par plants that would die in the winter; and he will be coming back in the spring to finish. I trust him to do that because he has kept his word on everything else! We are very impressed by this young man and his team. Highly recommend for all aspects! Thanks Ryan, see you in April.

Nathan was very professional through the entire process and took time to be onsite during the installation. I am very please with the quality of work and how quickly his company was able to complete without sacrificing quality! I will be using him again for future projects!

Not happy with the lawn. On his quote he said he would level the ground before placing the sod. The grass did not come out level and he tried to fix it by throwing top soil over it and that did basically nothing.

Ryan with Nathaniel’s Landscapes made our landscape project quick and easy. He gave our front bed a facelift and created magic in the back, planting native plants and easily creating a concrete barrier. He was easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. I would recommend them to anyone looking to make their home look refreshed and welcoming!

Very unhappy with the work. Had new lawn put in Feb 2025. Many dead spots- have contacted him several times he said it would eventually grow over the dead grass. I did not pay to eventually have grass grow over dead spots. It has now been 4 months and he will not respond to my text or calls. The lawn is also now very uneven with lots of dips and valleys. I’m not even asking him to fix that. I’m just asking for the dead sod plots to be replaced and he told me he doesn’t work on demand. I think 4 moths later is not on demand. Thousands of dollars later. I will post a few of the dead areas. He has now moved his business to Midland so I guess the Lubbock jobs don’t count now!

I don't know about the quality of their work, but their employees are unprofessional. I had two of them approach me at an apartment complex and threaten me, because one thought I was taking pictures of him, which I wasn't doing.

Father in law went to find out why two of the zones on his back yard sprinkler system put in by Lilley Lawn 10 years ago. He found 2 different kinds of wire on each end. He found three splices in the wire not even in a valve box. Splices just buried in the middle of nowhere with just wire nuts on the splices. Surprized it lasted 10 years. Be leary of the quality this company does for you. Its is the same guy that ownes both companies.

The plants are in great condition and the staff is the best in town. Not only did they help me identify the plants I was wanting but the also helped me load them. Also, there were some plants that they didn't have but they told me when they were going to be delivered and when I could pick them up. I will definitely be repeat customer!

Matt never retuned call sprinkler system had to be reworked to cover the new lawn.

I am not generally one to write reviews, but Legacy Lawn & Landscape deserves our attention and great appreciation for the work they have done and continue to do for us. Legacy designed a landscape plan for our entire yard that included many different varieties of plants, simulated grass areas, fountain, a nice fire pit area, and a garden area with beautiful raised garden beds. All of the above highlighted with color changing landscape lighting that accents each area perfectly. The landscape plans and placement of plants and vegetation really complement our property and the crew is always so professional and good to work with. Kevin is very organized in thought and leadership and did exactly what he said he would do throughout the redesign and implementation project. Lubbock Pro Services did a fantastic job on the electrical work requested. Travis provided an accurate quote to start the job. He and Mason arrived on time and were very respectful of property and professional and personable during the work performed.
I can say that I wished all contractors were as accurate and professional as these gentlemen.
