Had issues with the sprinkler system and were quick to respond! Replacement of sprinkler heads was easy and good price.

Zero stars if I could…. I called to see if they could landscape the back of our fence in a paved alley with rocks and the female was rude to say the least. I told her it was about a ten foot area and her UGLY response was: not something we’ll do”. I bet I’ll tell everyone I know how rude she was and not to use this company. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

They came out and we talked about what we wanted, was told we would get a quote, one month later we haven’t heard or received a quote. Very disappointing

Very uncourteous! They are working on a house across the street on the south side of town, some would call the country of Lubbock, and the main guy come speeding down the street like a bat out of hell while my 4 and 2 year old are playing in the yard next to the street! I was standing at the mailbox and turned to look he glared at me like I was in his way and how dare I look at him! I’m sure there work is good but I prefer to not have my dog or child hit by a wreck less driver!!

I have called twice now for the same issue. Lawn was graded poorly and the sprinklers go off every single day, causing awful flooding and mud everywhere. This is a common occurrence because the neighbors are having the same issue. I’ve called to have someone fix this issue and no one has come out. I’m at a loss. Even with chairs and furniture covering the mud, the ongoing sprinklers are making the yard a mess and our dogs extremely dirty. Beyond frustrating and disappointing.

Paradise Lawn and Landscape designed all of the landscaping at my new office building and it was exactly what I was wanting and more. Jay made the entire process very easy and I thought the price was very reasonable when comparing to other quotes. Highly recommend!!
