Paradise lawn did a great job installing our sprinkler system and have been back two times since then. One for a required test and once for a part repair. They performed both jobs in a timely manner and did a great job. Paradise lawn is the best!

Hired them to put sod in my yard and level the yard. They didn’t level the yard. It also took them about three months to put sod in the yard, but they didn’t tell me when they did it. I just looked outside and noticed they had put it down. They did it so late in the year that it didn’t grow. Probably should have taken them to court to be honest.

The work they did to the neighbor’s house across the ally looks nice however, I had just got done cleaning up all their trash and razor blades from the first time they completed work last weekend. Now today, they came back to finish a small section and left trash, another razor blade, and dumped what looks like some stain in my ally behind my fence again. I don’t understand why they do this. A dumpster is not 20 feet away. I would not use them for this alone. Razor blades in and near my yard with my dog. Not appreciated. Again.

They showed up on time for a free estimate. I set up an appointment on-line to have some of the job done. Got the time and date I wanted. The day before the job, I called to see if we could change the time, and they were more than flexible. Worker showed up on time and was done in a timely manner. Had a sprinkler head moved three feet and work was done great. Will use again

We needed our irrigation lines rerouted and the wiring to be appropriate to each line of sprinklers. Michael and his assistants came out in a few days, accomplished the tasks and cleaned the area. Really appreciate all they did

I recently contacted Paradise L&L for a sprinkler repair. I had a great experience working with the Office Manager Tanny and the Technician Joe who came out to my house. They were timely, knowledgeable and affordable. I highly recommend Paradise Lawn & Landscape.

The folks at Paradise have been very pleasant to deal with. They have responded to my calls and emails and have been generally responsive to my requests. They have stood behind their work and products and I would recommend them. they installed my initial landscaping and have also added a couple of garden areas. I have also used them to mow the lawn and apply herbicide when needed. All work has been satisfactory.

They arrived when promised and did a totally professional job of installing my sod in the back yard. They adjusted and repaired several sprinkler heads. I would not hesitate to use them whenever I need their services again.

We have not started this project yet, but the people that have dealt with my wife have impressed her and that is not a easy thing to do. Looking forward to them starting the project and seeing how it is done and what it ends up like. They have been great so far!

I called for a quote for backflow service and spring sprinkler maintenance. I was quoted $95.00 for the backflow and $90.00 for the sprinkler service. I agreed on the quote with the understanding that if they should have to replace parts or find issues there could be additional charges. I received a bill for the backflow service for $100.00. There was an additional $5.00 surcharge for fuel. I called and spoke to the person who provided the quote and she advised it was standard. I advised her that the price would be $100.00 not $95.00 as was quoted to me for something that is standard. She asked what I wanted her to do and I requested she honor the original quote I was given. She advised she would not and for me to pay $95 and that I would have an outstanding balance of $5.00. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. I requested to speak to someone above her such as the owner and she advised, "Good luck with that." She hung up the phone on me. I had an appointment for April 4th that I now wanted canceled. I called back and she would not answer. I went to the business location and she advised she sent an email to the owner and again stressed how little luck I would have with them contacting me. I requested she cancel my appointment for the 4th and she closed the door and refused to assist me any further. I will update should anything change. As of now I would highly recommend avoiding this business.

I have used Paradise for several years and I was always pleased. Something has changed with the company. You get an answering machine when you call and no call back. I called on Friday about 1:30 & I have left 3 messages today. I am very disappointed in their ‘new’ customer service.

Hard to get in touch with. I called for an estimate, but they were away from the phones, and I had to leave a message. They never called me back. When I called again a week later, I was able to set up an appointment to get an estimate. Matt was down to earth and straightforward. He listened to what I wanted and offered suggestions if I needed them. But then after our meeting, I never received the estimate he said he would email to me that evening. After 4 days, I called Paradise Landscaping again, and the lady on the phone assured me she would remind him about the estimate, and she confirmed my email address was correct. I'm still waiting for that estimate. Their services might be fine if I ever get them, but their communication needs work.

A blurb on the web site said 100% of their customers recommended them. If they still post that after this review they are either liars or they covered-up this review. My first experience was good. Had my irrigation system checked. Then I wanted a motor for my fountain. I left 3 messages in one day with a Ryan Smothers. Then left 3-4 more in succeeding days. Finally, I complained to the receptionist. I was called by someone who worked with Smothers. They said they would be out the next week. Two full weeks after that deadline they still had not come. I called and got Smothers. He said he had to "figure it out." I told him there was nothing to "figure out." You return phone calls. That is ethical. I told him I wanted to speak to the owner. The owner still has not called. Dishonest and cowardice.

It was always a hassle and it seemed like I was always having to climb back up on the roof and fix a problem. I dreaded the task and it took so much time away from my family and friends on the holidays trying to get it done.
Last year I purchased my lights from Paradise Lawn & Landscape and they installed them for me. I came home one day and they were just there. No problems, no hassle, no dread and no time away from my family and friends, trying to get it done. They were ready to go and looked very professional. I was very pleased. Paradise Lawn & Landscape also took the lights down and stored them for me, which saved me even more hassle.

Paradise lawn and landscape installed a new sprinkler system in my yard. The employees were all very professional, friendly and courteous. The work was completely in a timely manner. Any questions or requests were answered and promptly addressed. After completion several sprinkler heads were not working properly. After calling the office an employee was promptly sent to check the sprinklers and replaced/adjusted the sprinkler heads not working properly .
Overall experience was excellent. Very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Paradise for sprinkler installation and repair.
I am thoroughly enjoying my sprinkler system and my yard is looking great.

Great company! Scheduling was easy. Service tech was super knowledgeable and even showed me how to do some minor repairs so I wouldn't have to pay him. I've used several different sprinkler guys over the years and hands down this was the best. Will be using them in the future for all our sprinkler needs.
