I was terrified about the slab leak in my home! Trey from Earls leak detectives came out quickly to assess the leak and assured me he could get the job done. Nathan came to fix the leak on the next business day. He was very polite and respectful. He got the work done quickly and efficiently. All of the technicians I have encountered at Earls have been courteous and helpful, including and especially Trey and Nathan. I am so grateful for Earls and that we kept our home warranty all these years. It has been invaluable! I’ve been thanking God for this amazing company. I highly recommend them. I have never had a bad experience with them and they have repaired much damage to my home from the previous owner/contractor. They’re even willing to work with me when I’m on a very tight budget!

Bradley provided very good "Leak Detective" service. He was skillful, locating the leak very quickly, and clearly explained what he was doing. For a Sunday afternoon “diagnosis” service call on short notice, the price was not unreasonable.

My water heater quit working and needed to be replaced. I called first thing in the morning and I was able to get it replaced that afternoon. The installer, Nathan, showed up right on time and it only took him about two hours to replace it. Very professional work, I would highly recommend.

Amazing service. Trey is extremely knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He knew exactly what needed to be done, fixed and double checked everything. He explained what he was doing and answered all our questions. The repair didn’t take long and they even cleaned up before they left. Will definitely use them again.
