I've never had a bad experience with Earl's (Lubbock Leak Detectives). It is SO appreciated that they hire only competent technicians that are also good people. I have always felt completely comfortable having anyone they send out around my house. Today's tech was Bradley and he was no exception. He did a great job getting my new water heater put in and I also enjoyed visiting with him. I don't know that he enjoyed all the visiting I forced upon him, but if he didn't, he faked it very well. A very nice young man and seems to be a great person, too.

Bradley Dilbeck was very prompted polite and professional. Found the problem and fixed it and informed me what the problem was. I appreciate him coming out on this icy day and keeping my hot water heater on!! It’s 9 degrees outside… Thank you 😊

We had a leak in the pipe going into our water heater and they were able to come out same day despite being super busy with repairs following the big winter storm! Landon was very nice and informative and ensured everything was all in working order, plus cleaned up the huge mess the leak was making all in our water heater closet.

Had a leak in the hot water line. They did a great job. Very professional and repaired the line quicker than expected. Plumbing is always expensive but they did not break the bank. Very fair price. I have used theirs company twice now and have always gotten great service

They were very pleasant to work with and very responsive and quick. No extra charges, and great explanation as to repairs. I would definitely highly recommend them and we’ll use them again.

I chose this company because of its 5 stars rating and it did not disappoint. Bradley Bilbeck the technician who came to our house to replace our kitchen sink and its accompany faucet and bathroom faucet did an excellent job. He was friendly and professional. He informed us every step of the way including the estimate cost before he began. I would recommend this company and would ask Bradley for my next project.

The water heater installation went smoother than expected. They explained the unit and setup before starting the job. It took a bit longer than estimated, but they didn’t cut corners. Everything has been running fine since.

I appreciated how they handled my initial consultation. They listened to my concerns about an old plumbing system and didn’t push for expensive replacements. The repair was done with minimal disruption. Felt like a fair transaction.

They replaced a toilet at my business, and water heater at my home, as well as some faucet installs and other odds and ends repairs. My go to plumber. Always very clean work, on time and friendly.

Had a busted water line 3 months ago. Called and spoke with a guy named John. He was extremely disrespectful and arrogant, like he was better than me. The men who showed up were nice so I didnt question their intelligence. The bill was disgustingly expensive, but at least I could end business with this company... or so I thought...

Now I have a foundation issue and the same water leak but worse. Called another plumbing company and got it fixed right. Except now we have to hire framers, carpenters and a hand full of other contractors. With all this money were haven't to spend because of DR Plumber.. I think will be pursing for legal action.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this fly by night circus.

I called them on a Thursday, because my moms bathtub was leaking and destroying the wall. They were out that afternoon and had us fixed up in a few hours. Price and quality was excellent. The employees were very polite and respectful. My mom was very happy with them. Great Job.
