Very impressed with Dylan McGinty, who came out to evaluate and explain the foundation repair needed. He explained everything well and answered all our questions!
Company all together was very professional. Work crew arrived on time and worked steadily. Very polite and willing to answer questions. Job completed on time. Everyone we dealt with at Childers was very helpful, from office to work crew. Would definitely recommend for foundation repair.
Dylan even came by approximately a month later to inspect job and confirm that we were pleased with the results.

Dylan did a very complete inspection inside and out..took all sorts of measurements. We had some erosion around the foundation that we were worried about. Dylan declared that we were in good condition.

It has now been well over a year since I paid, and I can’t get calls back to fix the pooling in the gutters. I spent over $3,000 dollars for gutters that don’t work.

Recently I purchased an older home in Lubbock Texas. It has two very large trees that constantly left leaves and other debris on my roof and stuck in my gutters. I called total rain gutters, they came out quickly and did a fabulous job. My rain gutters are a huge upgrade. The quality is the best I’ve seen. They fabricate my gutters on site and did a fully custom job. Dominick was very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable about what he was doing, and best of all he left my home looking great. I would highly recommend total rain gutters to anyone!
