Home warranty company contact notify me with my appointment time and date never came I call them stated they would call me back never did

Steve, w/ Advanced Plumbing, performed a miracle in my master bthrm.! I now have a functional toilet, water coming out of the shower head (instead of just the tub faucet) & an operational stopper/drain in the sink! (No more open drain that used to swallow prized small objects that happened to fall into the sink & repel down that hole). He spent quite a few hrs. @ my home until the job was complete!

William with JD's is amazing! He was out to the property within a couple hours and was very understanding that I was heading from across town to meet him. I even called with a question regarding a different matter and William answered my questions. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

I called JD’s at 9:41am and someone was at my door within an hour! I received a text beforehand letting me know that our service tech was on his way, which is awesome to get a heads up. Jarron was very professional and knowledgeable, he took the time to show me where the issue was and explained what he was going to repair. I truly appreciate how this company takes care of their veterans. I want to thank Jarron again for getting things up and running so quickly. To my horror, my camode started to back up and overflow this AM. My plumber I, have used for so many years has apparently gone out of business. I found JD's on Google and they responded by sending Jason out mid afternoon. After he called and explained the measures he had to use to successfully unclog my sewer line. I am extremely satisfied. we had water that was leaking into a bathroom of ours and jason came in today and told us it was clogged and snaked the vent for us and helped us out! Great costumer service and was very nice and was in and out!

Jason and David did a good job with my kitchen plumbing. All the old pipes were re-routed and new flooring and cabinets can be installed upon arrival. The plumbers were fast and very professional.

Terrible gas line service. Had them install a gas regulator on the line to the house. Atmos yellow tagged the sevice due to a leak on the quick connect elbow that JD's plumber installed Monday morning (I watched the bubbles when Atmos sprayed the elbow). Atmos talked to the plummer on the phone explaining the issue and when I called JD Plumbing 3 hrs later at 1pm I was told they couldn't get someone out until Tuesday morning (next day). I told them that was unsatisfactory as it meant being without heat and hot water until it was fixed and hung up. This morning at 10:30 I called and was told they weren't sending anyone out. To say I was livid is an understatement. It was not a good conversation to say the least. I have stopped payment on their invoice until it is resolved.

For years I have had issues with my AC and heater. Whenever the repair guy got to my home he came in and he was able to find the problem very quickly and fix it right there on the spot. I was highly amazed and very impressed. 5 star rating.

Our A/C went out on a Thursday night so I called around 9 on Friday morning. The young lady was helpful and courteous and set an appointment for us that very afternoon! JD came out at the scheduled time-no delays, no rescheduling- and had our unit repaired and running well in no time!! We live in a small, rural town and usually have to wait at least a couple of days then another few so parts can come in etc. but JD's took care of us promptly and courteously! Thank you so much! Highly recommend this company!!
