We formerly had an other company doing our a/c needs but they got not good....;so....we called JD's and can you believe it they came a'running....We like you guys alot!!!

Great service and fast response time. Charlie has been the tech both times and is very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I joined the Comfort Club because I trust JD's to provide expert service to my home's AC/Heating needs.

I had a leak in my kitchen. I called JD's that day & in just a couple of hours a plumber was there fixing the problem.

JDs plumbing heating & air did the job in a professional manner, and the service personnel were friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely call them again!

Sorry I fell behind on getting this review out. I had JD’s come out and replace a tub faucet. They installed an access panel to the guts of faucet without me even asking. The work was great. The price was better than expected. JD’s really got our family out of a bind. I will be calling them for all my plumbing work. Thank you, TW

AC went out and reached out to JD's Prompt Plumbing Heating and Air through email. They responded quickly and sent out a technician that evening. He was able to repair my AC unit. I would recommend this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The son came to my
House 3 years ago and BROKE my unit. The dad, owner had to come back and try to service it and apologized for his son he wasn’t the greatest employee he said and didn’t pay attention. I Had to have another company come and fix their mistakes. Called several times to settle a bill (that was never supposed to be billed per the owner)and Kathy hangs up every time on me that I call. I’ve called 19 times since mid 2022. They avoid your calls and won’t speak to you. Horrible customer service, definitely not a legitimate business. Wasn’t going to post but with staff hanging up on people that call in to this business I would be very cautious about giving them your business.

These guys were on time. They were very polite and knew what they were doing. They solved our issue quickly. I will recommend them to anyone that needs their expertise. Thank you for your help!!!!

Jason’s with J D Plumbing came out to give me an estimate on replacing a drain line from the kitchen sink to the sewer line as someone else had said the line needed replacing. He suggested going through the clean out first and he was able to clear the drain line saving me $2,500 to $4,200.00. The rstimatrd amounts I had received.

We had the most outstanding experience with JD's! We had a technician check our AC unit and advised us not to upgrade a part that seemed to be working. After he left, the fan stopped working. He came right back, fixed it after hours, and gave us the new part for FREE. They are prompt if not early and they make sure the job is done well. I will be telling everyone I know to use JD's Prompt Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning!

JD's Prompt showed up late on a Saturday evening to resolve a sudden plumbing emergency. They were fast and friendly and charged way less than I would have expected for on-demand work on a Saturday night. They have the tools, experience, and friendly attitude to do expert work. Thanks!

JD Plumbing is our go-to! This was our third job with them—this time a water heater replacement—and they were, as always, quick, friendly, and total pros. They make sure you understand exactly what's going on, which I really appreciate. Stop searching and just call them.
