Pure energy was amazing, they explained everything super fast and really simple. The installation process was great. The crew was very polite and professional.

Pretty smooth process, I asked for a no BS experience and they delivered, they showed me the numbers, and I can honestly attest to their great service. @John Blevins is the person to speak to. reach out to him, super knowledgeable as well.

John Bevins was very helpful explaining the process. The Pure Energy crew came as promised and was very efficient. The job was completed quickly and nothing was left behind. Would definitely recommend Pure Energy.

Been with Pure for 2 years and LOVE my solar!

So tired of these people knocking on my door every few weeks. We already have solar panels, and I have two signs on my door that says no soliciting, no hand flyers, door flyers, ect. The man that came today rang the doorbell, ignored the signs (as they all do), and left the door flyer and said, "Well I'm leaving a flyer anyway, too bad." Then he walked off. I have it on video. If you don't like being harassed constantly by salesmen then don't go to Pure Energy.

Can your staff not READ! I have a sign that says DO NOT DISTURB! I have a ring camera. I asked him what he wanted. He completely ignored me. Now idk if he's legit but I do own a firearm and will protect my family. He looked suspicious. I have sent y'all a picture of him thru your website.

If you haven’t talked with Pure Energy about solar then you’re paying too much. I rarely answer the door, but I’m really glad I did and was able to talk with Max. He put me in touch with John who really helped me understand how solar works and how much I was able to save. We had been talking to another company and Pure’s customer service was hands down better. Don’t go solar without talking to Pure Energy! Our system has already started saving us money!

Previously wrote a one star review and was premature to say the least. I should have contacted Rob initially on my issues and I made a mistake not doing so. He more than fixed me up on my dilemma. He genuinely cares about his customers and has a passion for what he does. From my experience most people once they get a sale don’t care after that and avoid getting back to you. Rob is complete opposite of that, he goes the extra step and beyond to see that his customers are happy and things are working properly. I recommended my parents as well and they are very pleased with their solar panels, I plan on recommending more friends and family as well. I am truly impressed with pure energy Nicole came over as well and got me fixed up both of them are true assets to the company in my opinion. Highly recommend pure energy to anyone wanting an investment and wanting to benefit not only the environment but their pocket book in the long term and anyone wanting to get a tax credit as well.

Sure was my best investment of the year. Great company with fantastic staff. They stand behind a wonderful product and basically it's a bumper to bumper warranty for 25 years after your purchase. I've never heard of a warranty to last that long. After paying my solar bill with my lp&l bill I'm saving around $50 a month and now I'm purchasing something. When they are paid off we will really love the benefits and I love saving the money every month now. I highly recommend going solar and know you will love them.

I had had two solar people consult with me previously, but neither of them had the expertise of the rep from Pure. He walked us through answers to all our questions.

The whole process was simple and professional, the people were helpful, and a year on the product works great with zero issues.

Lubbock is a great place for solar and Pure was great at getting us there. Thanks!

Update 8/10/20: This spring our roof needed to be replace due to a hail storm in March. The solar panels were fine but the whole system must be taken down to replace the roof. Side note: If you get a solar system make sure you let your insurance know so it can be part of your claim.
Fortunately, we were covered because it cost over 5K to take it down and then reinstall. I was hesitant to have the roofing company call Pure Solar to do this service. The roofing company told me this was the way to go. I was disappointed at first as they still didn't want to make the original install right but after talking with the office Pure Solar quickly remedied the problems. Special thanks to Nichole in the office for working everything out There were some small issues with the system after it was re-installed but they spent many hours getting the solar system to run at 100%.

Regarding the Lubbock Branch: I had a great experience with the sales person up front. Once I agreed to go with Pure Energy the communication between the sales person and the operations/install team seemed to be suspect. Lots of confusion about size and number of panels. It has now been 8 months since the install and they still have not completed what I was guaranteed. I have made multiple phone calls to the staff, and I was told they are too busy installing new systems to complete mine. It feels like this company works really hard to get your business and then moves on. I was sold that they would take great care of me after the install, but it certainly feels this is not the case. I give 2 stars because I do have a functioning solar panel system. Customer service is “0” stars. I hope I don’t have any problems with my $25K system because I have no faith that their warranty and service will be worth anything.

Everyone at Pure Energy has been awesome. The installation was quick and looks great, very clean. Pure coordinating with the city made the whole process very easy. Our new past time is watching how much energy we produce everyday.

Awesome company! Tereso was the lead sells associate. He was professional and guided us with exceptional service. The entire process was top notch. I got four quotes, and Pure was the lowest. I highly recommend them.

This is probably the easiest company to work with for solar. The checked with a couple of different companies but found Terry to be very knowledgeable and very prompt. He got everything handled. It’s just a little over a week from the time we signed papers to the time they came out and installed panels. Everything is working as it should. I highly DO NOT recommend this company. Earlier this year I considered getting solar panels installed for my home. Pure Energy sent over the nicest sales associates. Unfortunately, before I could get solar panels installed, they told us we had to get our roof redone. The Pure Energy associates highly recommended Vallrod Construction because they had worked with them before and had a great working relationship. We met with the Vallrod sales associate, who was the nicest guy as well. The transaction happened quickly, and we handed over a $16,000 insurance check and signed a contract just as quickly. Six months later, Vallrod Construction has not completed the job. The owner Martin Valladares is the worst vendor and gaslighter I've ever had to deal with. As a result of sending me this horrible vendor, I will NEVER do business with Pure Energy because if they are in business with crooked vendors such as Vallrod Construction, I'm not sure this solar panel company can be trusted either. Whenever I'm ready to go solar I will be going anywhere but here.

We had Pure Energy install solar panels on our roof this morning. I was so impressed with the installers. They were so courteous and fast. This company is locally owned and Glenn Lowrance was the sales rep we worked with. He answered all of our questions so we understood everything they were going to do
I would highly recommend using this company.

The people at PURE Energy did a great job on my home. The installers quickly put in the panels. The electricians (I believe that one was named Rafeal) really knew their stuff. They were great. I have thought about installing the panels myself, but after everything was done, I was glad to have them do the installation. I liked the panels so much; I later added the backup battery. The same electricians came and spent the day working of the wiring. I could not have done it myself. I highly recommend this business if you are going solar. (BTW)- My last bill was $29.00 dollars. I can't wait for the summer to see what I get.
