The installation team were fast and respectful they had us ready to go in a fraction of the time that was expected. We where given new boxes and where told what everything did.

If your looking into solar this is the right place for the job. They are local and all services are provided by them. From electrical to the installation, it's all pure.

We absolutely are glad we finally got our solar panels installed. From the start, Rob has worked diligently with us. Then our contact with Nicole has always been on-time and helpful. The crew that installed the panels were Rock stars..!! Very professional and their work is clean. No wires hanging out or sticking out and they're super knowledgeable. I highly recommend Pure Energy.

I’ve been with Pure since last October officially, I am spending much more money than ever. I have been completely lied to about what my bills will be, with the amount of solar i was told to get and the plan I was told to switch to, I’m still receiving very high bills plus making payments on the panels. In almost a year from the switch I have spent almost 2k more than previous year on electricity. I have reached out multiple times on this and I keep getting the push around from support. I’ve been told someone else would call me, and nothing. I’ve been explained that I just need to wait and I would see a difference since beginning of the year. No low bills! This has been the biggest scam I’ve ever personally experienced. Shame on you Pure energy, my name is Ryan Ray so if you have real remedy for my issues feel free to reach out to your very unhappy customer and I would love to change this review.

Update- It’s been almost 3 months since last review and still nothing from anybody at Pure. If I could give 0 stars I would, completely ridiculous to treat unsatisfied customers like this.

The installation crew arrived early, were prepared, immediately got to work, and worked hard all day. They had the solar panels installed, connected to the electric meter and electric company and up and running in just over a day and a half. The crew was extremely hard working, professional, polite, cleaned up the work site and did such a great job! We are extremely grateful and very, very happy with the work and end result! From our Account Rep, Glenn Lowrance, to the office staff who constantly communicated, to the installation crew, it was just a great experience! Thank you so much!

Pure Energy just finished installing our solar system. The service was awesome, everything was explained perfectly, and the installers were amazing. They cleaned up after themselves, they told us when they were coming and when they would be back. We were not able to move a heavy garden box, so they moved it for us. This was beyond what they were intending to do. I am so glad we chose Pure Energy.
