If i could give a 0 stars here i would. I called and set up an appointment on a Monday for a Thursday morning. Thursday morning came and went without showing up and without even a call to let me know anything. I will take my business to a more professional, with better customer service.

These are my tree guys! Show up when they say they will be there, do great work and haul away what gets cut off! Been using them for years and won't let anyone else touch my trees!

I called and set up an appointment for this company to come out and do a chimney sweep and trim some shrubs on a Friday. They never showed up! I called and they said they would make it right and come out the following Friday. Again, they did not show up. Not sure what is going on, but not good business!!

They were Very courteous and Very hard Working. I knew they were the Right Ones to do the job as I got to know them. I definitely would hire them again. Thanks Guys!!!

Butch Did a magnificent job on our pergola and patio extension. He thought outside the box on design and hit it out of the park. We have enjoyed it from the minute his crew finished it. I highly recommend them for your outdoor needs. If there were more stars, he’d get them.

The best tree canopy job I've seen in a long time! They took great care to not damage my flowerbed! I'm the third person in our neighborhood to hire them after using multiple other services. Job well done!!!

Jarrod and his guys did a great job. Removed 2 trees, ground the stumps and cut up for fire wood. After they cleaned up you wouldn't know they had ever been here. Would highly recommend to anyone. Service is great and pricing was very competitive. Will be using again.

Jarrod, Justin, Reagon and the Caprock Tree Services Team are the hardest, most diligent working people you will find for all things tree related.
We purchased an older home which required the removal of several trees in our yard. They listened to our needs and made recommendations as to their plan for the work.
Caprock has completely removed 5 trees and ground down the stumps in a timely manner.

I had a very large dead tree that looked ready to come down during a windy Lubbock day. Caprock Tree Removal came right over to check it out and came promptly over the next morning to get it taken down. They cleaned up after themselves, almost like there wasn’t a tree at all. I appreciated their ability to get me in quickly and ease my mind. They’re friendly, communicate well and had great customer service. Will definitely use them again!

Caprock was recommended to me by a friend with high expectations, and Jarrod and his team did not disappoint. They were available on a short notice, very personable and professional. I can not recommend Caprock Tree Removal and Jarrod enough. Truly professional, kind, punctual, responsive and just an overall pleasure to do business. Jarrod and his crew removed two pine trees that were in a bad place and overgrown. They were like watching a well oiled machine. Each member did a fantastic job. They do great work at a fair price. If you need a tree, or trees removed this is the company to use. Hands down awesome experience with this company!

Admitted owner of TJ Trees and smart mouth employee do not seem to understand what a property line is when working on a rent house owned by Meridian Ventures Commercial Property Management. Trespassed onto neighboring property and were cutting main limbs off tree without asking for access or permission. When told to stop, the neighboring property owners were met with cursing and confrontation by employee. Owner was at first argumentative as well before agreeing to stop work on neighbors tree, but allowed his employee to continue running his mouth for over an hour and making verbal threats of assault. Had the response by the owner been different, the owner may have gained some additional business instead of a one star review. To the owner of TJ Trees, consider this review an additional notice of criminal trespass warning on top of the verbal notice you and your employee received today. Law Enforcement will be contacted if you or your employees are found entering my property line again without permission.
