Tree reviews in Lubbock, Texas

Leo came out to see why our 5 yr old pistache trees wouldn’t develop a good canopy. He recommended air spading. Austin came out to do the work. He explained what he was doing and what he found, then cleaned everything up beautifully. Their expertise has now saved 5 of our trees and made sure they are thriving.

Haley taking the calls at your company is great working on your front line!! Jonathan, the man inspecting the jobs and preparing the bids has been top notch! He is very kind, professional, knowledgeable and follows through with the job! I live in Illinois and it is wonderful to have trust in a company handling my investment property. The man that performed the work, was excellent and I was very impressed with him! Thank you Hildebrant! Rebecca Parish

They were judicious in trimming our 4 year old trees did a very nice clean trim on our Chinese Pistache trees. And will be coming back to fertilize. Very happy with their work.

Your crew did an amazing job trimming our trees, especially the two large oaks. I was a little taken back at the cost… until I watched you r crew at work. I then realized that your price was a bargain… thanks for working with us, Kelly… it’s always a pleasure. Your crew so impressed us that I pre-paid all our tree services for next year.

Hildebrandt Tree Tech was recommended to me for fairly extensive tree trimming on our property. I knew I wanted a certified arborist to look at the trees as I was not very familiar with several species and made an appointment for a consultation.

Rick Hildebrandt was amazing! He is was just the person I was looking for - he clearly has extensive knowledge and commitment to your personal forest. He answered all my questions, suggested why I might not want to remove trees I was considering removing (and I hate removing trees), had suggestions for other future trees, and correctly assessed that the trees on the property had suffered significant neglect and drought prior to our purchase of the property. He also confirmed that none of the trees had been trimmed since the house was built in 1977, which is exactly what it looked like.

Austin and his crew were here for 4 full days and were absolutely outstanding. They worked way up in the trees and clearing out 9 pine trees (one they found to actually be dead and removed), a huge willow (not weeping), mulberry, 2 pinon pines, 5 hackberry/soapberry, 2 mesquite, a live oak, red oak, honey locust, desert willow, as well as trimming back a line of shrubs so we could get water to them. They were all so professional and Austin ALWAYS had a smile on his face.

I am so grateful for the recommendation of Hildebrandt Tree Tech and want to pass it on. They are known as the best in Lubbock for very good reason - they are!

I have used Hildebrandt/SavATree for almost 5 years and my trees are two and three times larger than the rest of the trees in my neighborhood. Their service has been excellent and they come when they say they will. They have always closed my gates, which is very important to me because of my dogs. My trees are so thick and lush! The hail did beat a lot of leaves off, but I still have very good shade from these trees. I highly recommend their services. Their products are wonderful!

Absolutely top-class experience. Rick H and his crews were sensitive, careful, expert, and responsive to our concerns. An old and beautiful elm, thriving 12 years ago but struggling terribly in the past few years. Rick gave us intelligent feedback and his love for trees is evident. His crew chief Trey and the rest of the Hildebrandt people were thoughtful, and paid attention to our requests that they not disturb birds and small animals. Would absolutely recommend them for such jobs. 5 stars.

And treated a sick Redbud

Arborlogical inc staff is very knowledgeable and professional.

Very professional, on time and cleaned up the area well. Will definitely use again and will recommend to others

they did a great job! very professional and cleaned up after themselves. will use this company again.

They did everything we wanted at a reasonable price. When they finished, they left the yard cleaner than it was before. We are very happy with the results.

Jonathan was a real pleasure to work with. His professionalism is unsurpassed and left the place far better than what he found it. Great guy

They arrived as scheduled, completed the job as agreed plus cleaned up so much more than I expected. Very competitive prices. I can't recombed them more. You will be happy that you chose them.

The young man did a wonderful job on the trees. They cleaned up the branches and leaves. All of them were very polite and professions. I would use them again.

They always do a great job and base the work on appropriate arbological principles. Jonathan is easy to work with and is very knowledgeable. The entire crew does a great job.

Arborlogical always does a quality job every time. They have taken down a large oak and planted another tree for us. They do our deep root feeding for our trees and lawn care.

The services they provide are not the problem, grass and trees look good but if you have any problem with payments or anything along those lines it’s a train wreck. Employees telling you to go the website but the website does not work, random bills for “extra services” when you’re supposed to be set up with monthly billing. Can’t get anyone to change the credit card for auto billing. And once I sold my home and cancelled services/pay off remaining balances I end up still having another charge on my card and can’t get anyone to respond back so I’m going to have to dispute charges through credit card company.

Ultimately over 3 years having paid $1,500+ for services I don’t really think the results were close to worth it, especially the amount of headaches these people have caused.

Arborlogical Inc has provided several services for us over the years. Because of them we have been able to save one of our favorite trees. Jonathan and Dustin are very knowledgeable responsive and we call them for all of our tree and lawn needs.
