Constraction reviews in Lucas, Texas

We used them 6 years ago when our Hot Water broke and was extremely pleased. Now needing some additional work done preparing house for sale had no doubt who to call. They are professional, honest and do what they say and more. Today had the son here, Luke, and have to say impressed with this young man. Works hard and goes beyond what is needed. Actually all the crew here very professional and attention to detail is unbelievable. Work is so good might need to raise asking price. Hope they go to Denton when we move. You will not be disappointed with JLM.

Juan has an excellent, professional crew. They are always on time, work carefully, and leave everything very clean. We have had two big jobs done by JLM and highly recommend them.

Great craftsmanship. Strong attention to detail. Excellent customer service

Juan and his team have worked on several projects for us and their attention to detail and professionalism has been outstanding. they walk you through every step of the process and are always available for any questions you have. Also they are the cleanest contractors we've ever sense!! they always clean up at the end of the day and never leave tools laying around.

Thank you so much JLM Contractors for the absolutely incredible job you did remodeling our master bath. We know 5 stars is the highest rating but we would give you 10 stars! We looking forward to engaging with you again on our flooring and some additional projects as we continue to remodel our home. Thank you again for the outstanding results. Our master bath is amazing!

We have had Juan and his team do every renovation (big and small) in two homes over the past 10 years. I could write volumes about Juan's patience, skill, professionalism, and results. Suffice it to say, there will never be any other team in our home for any renovation. Our trust in JLM is unmatched.

Juan and his team are top-notch! They have done several projects for us, including some great restoration work after the big winter storm. He's wonderful to work with, and I'd recommend him to anyone!

JLM have been providing outstanding service to us on various projects for over 8yrs. Wood floors through out the house, painting inside and outside trim, plumbing, electrical, adding rooms, outside kitchen and fireplace, stone pathways, new porch, outdoor living area, etc... we keep coming back, his workers are truly trustworthy and take great pride in their work. His pricing is fair and his follow up / touch up continues his legacy of service.

Juan and family have my recommendation.

We highly recommend JLM Contractors for any renovation of your home. Juan and his team communicate, plan and are professional. You are always informed of costs and progress and their work is high caliber. We will certainly have them back.

Juan and his team far exceeded my expectations! Juan went above and beyond for me and took care of everything! He made my kitchen and floor remodel a pleasant experience which I was not expecting and not to mention my kitchen and floors look AMAZING! Juan and his team are so skilled yet reasonably priced , we could not be happier! I highly recommend JLM CONTRACTORS!

My experience with JLMContractors was better than my hopes and expectations. I had several design ideas that I wanted incorporated in my new kitchen. Every change and suggestion was received by Juan positively and every effort was made to make my design plans realized. Juan and his sub contractors treated me with respect, were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Karen Otto

Juan and his team made the process of remodeling our kitchen easy and seamless! Great work.

Juan and team did an incredible job remodeling our office (including adding built-ins and painted paneling) and also several other vanity updates around our home. Juan was proactive in communicating next steps with us the entire time so we knew what to expect next. We are so pleased with the results and would highly recommend working with them.

Juan and his team remodeled our master bathroom (new tub, shower, floor tile, cased openings, stain and paint) and did an excellent job. They do quality work and made suggestions to improve our design. One of the things we liked about Juan is he has his own crew and doesn't sub out. They were on time, very respectful and cleaned up at the end of every day. Would highly recommend him for any home renovations project.

Last year my wife and I came home from a two week vacation to discover that our upstairs sink had clogged and flooded causing major damage to our bathroom and other areas of the house. We hired two separate contractors which became a nightmare due to their ineptness. Nine months after the incident we were still without a finished bathroom. JLM was referred to me by a work associate. Juan came to our house immediately, evaluated the bathroom and was very candid with us. We decided to hire him and within two weeks (including breaks due to the fact we were not home) the project was finished and we have a beautifully remodeled bathroom. The work was of superior quality and service. I cannot thank Juan and his team for the excellent work and service. This company is very professional and has restored my faith in the business. I will not use anyone else and I have already referred them to friends that also need work done to their homes.

Juan and his crew did an excellent job remodeling our kitchen. He was totally professional, stayed in budget, had great ideas and was very conscientious in keeping us apprised of his scheduling. The end result is beautiful! I recommend him highly!

Three years ago, JLM Contractors did our master bathroom. This year we used Juan a second time for another home we just moved to. This time he replaced the 20 year old style with a current look by doing major remodeling of the master bath and kitchen plus refreshing the other rooms. As before, Juan was able to implement the details we wanted in a professionally done remodel. He has a group of long-time subs that reflect his desired fine workmanship.

Juan and his team are simply amazing! Very professional and did outstanding work! Juan was always available to address any questions or concerns. BY FAR, the BEST contractors I have ever worked with. You will not be disappointed by JLM Contractors!!!

JLM contractors built my dream master bathroom. Juan and his team understood my vision and worked with us every step of the way to make it happen. Juan was very flexible to accommodate any changes we made as the project progressed along. That was a nice surprise as we had worked with other contractors, and the slightest change in the project always meant a price increase without any rational. The trash was taken away at the end of each day and a deep cleaning was provided on the last day of the project. The project was completed within the time frame and that was huge for us or any household for that matter that goes through the “dreaded” renovation. I would very highly recommend JLM Contractors.

Juan has worked for me on two separate occasions. Once in 2018 and again in 2020. I hope the fact that I am a repeat customer says a lot about Juan and the services he provides. He is truly an artist and is attentive to details. I trusted his advice and was never disappointed. He made my kitchen floor a work of art. His men are experienced in their craft and their work certainly shows it. He always responds to calls and texts promptly and his crew always shows up on time. I rarely give a 10 rating, but Juan deserves a superior rating - 10+

We lost power for a considerable time during a winter storm, which resulted in a burst pipe and lots of water damage.

The boys came out and removed and hauled away the wet materials - ceiling, wood floors, drywall and trim, and installed fans to start drying it out.

Juan came up with a detailed plan to put the house back together and a detailed estimate to supply the insurance company. We were able to stay in the house for all but a few days when the floors were being sanded and finished - Juan was able to schedule work such that it impacted us less than I could've expected.

The demos, drywall guys, carpenters and painters were all very skilled and did great work, and also friendly and courteous. They showed up on time and cleaned up each evening before leaving.

I'm very happy with the way everything turned out, and would definitely use JLM again.
