They stretched out our carpets and cleaned some difficult stains left from an elderly sick pet. Everything turned out perfect!

This is the second time I have used this company, the first time they did an amazing job, and I had lost their information, and kept searching on Google to finally find them! And the second time they were just as amazing! They got a red lipstick stain out! I am always so impressed by their friendly and professional demeanor! Will def use again and again!

The guys at Cowboy Carpet cleaned my carpet last week. They were on time, clean cut and very professional. I'll definitely use them again.

I had them come out today. I guess my first sign was they wanted to be paid before they started. They had about 5 men here because they was trying to get off early. I had 3 small bedrooms only the kids rooms which with beds and dressers not much floor space. . There was stains and dirt ofcourse that's why I called. The carpet was still dirty after they finished small food spots etc.i called manager and he came back to my home. He took a white towel started blotting and rubbing carpet and towel was filthy. So I asked if a towel can get dirt but your machines can not? He said carpet was old and builders grade. My carpet is three years old not 30 years old.. manager didn't handle issues I told him to leave so now I have scheduled another company to do the job I already paid him $125.00 to do.very sad the manager dont take care of his customers better.

When I scheduled my appointment, I explained to the guy what exactly I needed done and he gave me an estimate and said it would be under $300, probably $275. When he saw our carpets, he said $300 total. Then he went into another room and said the total would be $325. I thought that was strange he kept upping the price but didn’t think much of it. (When he first arrived to the house, he was very talkative and wanted to know lots of private details about the owner and tenants, which were really none of his business.)
After he inspected the house, he walked outside and said to his helper “It actually isn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be.” he didn’t know that I heard what he said. This made me pretty upset since he basically told me it would be under $300. Especially when he thought it was “bad” when I explained it to him on the phone.
He then said it would take them a couple hours to finish. After barely an hour, he told me they were wrapping up. I was very surprised they didn’t spend more time on it and said that to him.
He showed me his work and there were obviously stains still in the carpet. He told me to just close the blinds and it wouldn’t look so bad. The truth is, we had carpet cleaners come not too long ago and they got the stains out of the same places!
By that point, I was extremely shocked at the unprofessionalism and dishonesty this business was representing! If you want an honest, professional and reliable carpet cleaner, please don’t bother hiring this company!!

Chris Taylor did an awesome job on my carpet!!! I moved out of a 3 bed 2 bath townhome at 8am on a Saturday, and Chris was on time and absolutely professional. I would recommend Cowboy Carpet Cleaning to my family and friends! Thanks again!

Awesome job to Cowboy Carpet Cleaning. They did great work on the carpets in my home... And they even worked out some heavy pet stains making the whole house smell fresh and looking brand new again. Chris is very professional and his crew did an amazing job on my carpets. I have two very messy dogs and the carpet looks new. I plan on having them clean my tile floors and grout next. I would highly recommend them.

Friendly, careful, thorough service. When you call to schedule you actually talk with a (nice!) human and not some weird automated phone recording system. The manager/ owner was quick to get us on the schedule and personally oversaw the cleaning. He also worked to maximize the value for the work. The carpets were clean and several set-in spots were removed. Thank you Cowboy Carpet Cleaning!

Our realtor used Cowboy carpets to clean our house before we bought it. Cowboy carpets did a great job cleaning them. It looked newer than I thought possible! Since then, we had our carpets repaired. We have a really old carpet, and he was even able to pull wrinkles out of it. Very Friendly. He shared some ideas on how to extend our carpet's life at no charge. He also told me that he cleans furniture. Not only all this, but he is honest and very passionate about his work. The price was very reasonable for such a professional job. Highly recommended!

We’ve used cowboy carpet cleaning many times and they always do an excellent job! They are friendly, efficient and easy to work with. Recently, our puppy made several messes on my favorite white rug, and they were able to get the stains and odors out for us. They even came out a second time to double check that the worst of the stains were completely gone. Highly recommend!!
