I had contacted your company about your guys leaving our trash cans in the alley and not returning them to their correct spot after mowing our grass. I am pleased to report that they are now returning the trash bins back to their original location. Thank you for their prompt correction to the issue!

I have used College Fund Landscaping for well over 10 years now. They are wonderful to work with. Come in and do the job with no fuss. Billing is done simply and I never have to worry about it. If we need the front hedges trimmed, I simply email and its done within an week or so. They are affordable and reliable.

We have been using them for about 3 weeks and we have been satisfied with our services. Everyone is very kind and I love that they are in a marked vehicle rather than a random truck. Very reliable service.

I have asked multiple times why you keep not cutting the grass in my back yard. I even requested and had 2 managers come to my house to see what I am frustrated with. Black fence in back yard doesn't end my yard, all the way to the Brown wood fence needs to be cut every week like the rest of the yard, hasn't been done in 3 weeks and looks bad. I have also asked the manager team to watch how the flower beds look on a regular basis. They are very over grown with weeds AGAIN. Why I have to ask you to do your job is very un professional. I have sent multiple e mails and called and still you can't get it correct. Please let me know if you aren't going to uphold your end of this contract. You don't have a problem charging me for a half way done job. As an active member of Allen/Fairview Chamber of Commerce and now the McKinney Chamber as well I will share my experience with the community. All I'm asking is for you to take care of my yard so I can relax when I'm not busy. I'm definitely not 100% satisfied.

This was my first year using this company to maintain my yard. I have been pleased with their service thus far. The weekly lawn mowing crew has been very helpful when I have "bothered" them with specific requests. :-} The crew that maintains my shrubs and flowerbed does a very good job. The gentleman that does the weed control has been patience with me when I ask him questions about specific areas of concern. I appreciate the owner's informative videos on any upcoming yard applications. The office staff is courteous and attentive. My yard looks very well cared for!

I cannot say I have been overly impressed with this company. This is actually the first landscape company I have ever used, and it has been anything but stellar. I signed up with CLEAR indications of the service I wanted. #1 The first bill I received had an add on service that was not requested. (much more expensive) than the requested weed control and fertilizer treatment service signed for in the contract. #2 Also, at sign up, I was supposed to have a discount for the first bill, but was charged the full amount. Side note: Once contacted, the excess charges were removed. So kudos for that. #3 I have only received two treatments to date. I was supposed to have a treatment 3 weeks ago, but due to "issues" with equipment, they advised they would email me to reschedule a date when they would be coming out. To date... I have received no communication from the company on the status. Overall I have to say I am really disappointed. We have never used a landscape company (skeptical) and we were willing to give this company a go. I specifically picked this company because they give back to kids with college scholarships and was excited to start service. Unfortunately, I do not think we will be continuing service with this company.

We have used College Fund Landscaping for about twenty years and they provide consistently great service. They do regular yard and shrub maintenance as well as treatment for weeds and fertilization for us. We recommend them highly.

I've been using College fund landscaping for the past year and they have been great for a lot of reason.

Reason 1 punctual. On the designated day of service they have been on time and have not missed a day. Additionally, if there are changes they have communicated those changes.

Reason 2 communication. They have been responsive and informative regarding questions or concerns I may have. Additional, they provide resources regarding findings during treatment and discuss options to address them

Reason 3 the product. My grass and lawn have been the healthiest I've seen since living at my house so much so that my neighbors comment on my yard.

Overall, I am happy with the services that College Fund Landscaping is providing me. I reached out to them to let them know the weekly lawn services was to much for my grass. Therefore, they worked with me and moved my lawn services from weekly to biweekly without any issues. Thank you all for providing excellent services, it is greatly appreciated.

This company is the real deal. Excellent Customer Service and extremely knowledgeable regarding weed control. The 2023 winter was a horrible year for weeds, but after just 2 treatments, my yard looks fabulous already. The best part about College Fund Landscaping and what drew me to them, is the fact that there give back to the community. Kudos to Matt and his entire team.

We used this company for a little while during the summer of 2024. Cancelled because the crew kept taking photos of my property even after I asked them to please stop. Today 3/3/2025 one of their crews just tried to enter my property without permission. We specifically told them to never come here again and my husband caught a member of their staff not only on our property but trying to enter our backyard. The man didn’t speak any English so he couldn’t understand us telling him to leave now! They are lucky we didn’t use extreme force to get him off our property or call the police and have him arrested for trespassing. Very disappointing behavior and very dangerous for this employee to be walking onto someone’s property in Texas -_-

Work done was great. Work crew was very nice. I think the only piece of criticism I would give is better scheduling process and communication from them. Outside of the communication gaps everything else was great.

We are new to the Wylie area and I was impressed with the yards in our neighborhood who has signs that were from College Fund Landscaping. Their yards were amazing and all free from weeds. I wanted that too. From the first call, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The service has been great. I also used them this Christmas for putting up Christmas lights on my house. Fantastic job, best price on the market, and they were very timely in taking down after Christmas. College Fund Landscaping is a business I am glad I found.

After years of struggling with our yard, two years ago we had the College Fund Landscaping team replace our grass and some bushes. In addition, we signed up for their ongoing lawn treatment service to help maintain the beautiful work they completed.

Fast forward to two years later and we couldn't be happier with our yard and the maintenance service College Fund Landscaping provides. Marcus does an incredible job taking care of our lawn treatments and lets us know if he sees any issues we need to address! Our yard has never looked better!

College Fund Landscaping has done a fabulous job with my yard. They are reliable, quick, and proactive. I'm grateful for them and their excellent service. Marcus took especially good care of a fungus spot today.

I recently switched to College Fund so my bill could be automated as well as all of my services. After a smooth sign up process they did a great job taking a completely overgrown and dead flowerbed out front and rebuilding it from the dirt up. Things are looking great and they move quickly.

Had our backyard sodded in March. It's now August and the grass is no where were it should be. We have done everything that new sod requires and you can still see the lines in the sod where it has not grown together. Browning throughout the yard as well as very thin on about half of it. Paid 1500 for a small backyard and the owner Matt wanted to charge us to apply a fungicide and a feed which he said would help the diseased grass that they laid. He then wanted to charge us for another pallet to replace the grass. Nickel and diming the small home owner is bad business and they should be very ashamed for what they have done to us. Because we didn't pay 15000 doesn't mean we are not just as important.

If you are looking for a company that cares about customer satisfaction, thorough communication and a job well done, this is your "go to." I switched form Cititurf a year ago and could not be happier. CFL has effectively provided turnkey landscape services and yard care since then and I have never looked back. I have used all services from lawncare to bed maintenance to tree and shrub care to fertilizer regimen to grub and ant treatments. I have even had sprinkler repairs completed cost effectively as needed. CFL provides feedback on seasonal irrigation settings and regularly requests ongoing feedback regarding pre-service concerns. Lastly, I have used their landscape service to upgrade my yard's appearance with sod replacement and decorative rock replacement and edging additions. These services were also handled excellently.
