Reviews of local pros in Lucas, Texas

I recently had sod installation done for my front yard by college fund. They did an excellent job from the beginning to end of the service. I worked with Mark Hays, he was very professional throughout and very responsive. Even after the service ended I contacted him about 1 broken sprinkler head; he sent the service personnel and they took care of it very quickly. I never felt any sort of pressure from mark to get this done from the minute we interacted very first time nor he tried to sell me anything but instead he listened to my need and provided recommendations based on my questions. The service persons were very professional throughout also, never felt they were rushing. Overall, I could not be happier about my front yard work done by college fund. I would certainly consider and keep college fund at the top for my future landscaping needs.

Currently working on some challenges (Mower depth and communication) with CFS and will update rating realtime.

The Tortoise, the Hare, & the Lawn Crew That Cares!

College Fund Landscaping has been fantastic! Their teams consistently do a great job—clean, professional, and always thoughtful. One of the little things I really appreciate? They always lock the gates behind them. It's a small detail, but it means a lot.

Even better, they treat my yard like it’s their own. I’ve got a **giant tortoise** in the backyard and a **rabbit** who’s made a home under the tortoise hut—yes, I live in a bit of a fable! The crews always work around them with care and respect, which tells me they’re paying attention and really value what they do.

Reliable, respectful, and detail-oriented. I highly recommend College Fund Landscaping—especially if your yard includes a cast of characters!

Prior to contacting College Fund Landscaping, I have been using 2 other lawn fertilization companies which was not working. I have had 2 treatments completed by College Fund and my yard is so healthy and green. Very happy with their service. Thank you for your great service and notifications left on my door. Also, wanted to say Thank you to Raven for organizing and getting my service setup. She offers great customer support and is willing to help in anyway she can.

As first time parents in the trenches of new parenthood without a local village - my husband and I looked for things that would help ease our plate and lawncare was one of the easiest things we could think of. We set up our services about a year ago (I think) and completely forgot about it. They come weekly - complete the work and leave. It has taken such a mental load off of our little family and our lawn has never looked better. Before setting up service with College Fund we though about replacing our sod and now we are loving the way our lawn looks. Eventually we will add some landscaping services too, but for now we have loved the convenience and service received from College Fund.

Nick was great! We love the framing he did around our windows. His craftsmanship was perfect.

Completed new home interior and did a fantastic job! I would recommend this company to anyone. Super nice workers with integrity.

Amazing contractor and very patient with what can be a bit of a process for a home owner. Nick is skilled and efficient and a joy to work with.

after my puppy had her teething phase, nick made my apartment look brand new! 100% recommend

Nick was professional courteous and always prompt.
He removed the bump up of our two-tired countertop, removed all countertops and backsplash to make ready for our new quartz countertops to be installed. He installed/relocated 2 new electrical plugs and installed our new porcelain farm sink with the proper support built under the sink. Best of all I did not lose any storage under my sink. Excellent work. In addition Nick installed our backsplash and ran electric and installed 2 new pendant lights. I highly recommend hiring NTX Home Repair for any project you might have. They will save you money compared to other contractors-and you will receive genuine great customer service. His assistant Trevor was excellent too. My husband is very impressed as well.

We had Nick out last year to assist with some home repairs and again this week to repair a water leak in our master bathroom. He did a great job! He was on time, very professional and left our bathroom clean after the job was done. If you are looking for someone kind and trustworthy - I highly recommend NTX Home Repair! Nick will be our go-to for any future house projects or repairs

Nick was timely in his arrival and professional in his work. Scheduling was quick and easy and Nick was communicative throughout the process. He detailed the steps of the repair and executed them expertly. Greatly appreciate the work of Nick and NTX Home Repair!

Nick did a great job on our home repairs. He repaired and stained our wood fence, sealed roof fasteners, fixed an underground drip line, and did some outdoor painting and caulking.
Highly recommended!

Nick has done several jobs for us including bathroom tile work, drywall repair, interior and exterior painting, and exterior siding repair. Not only does he do great work, he responds quickly and completes jobs thoroughly. I’m so glad I came across him when I did and now I always know who to call for projects around our house!

Nick did a great job for us on a couple of projects. He built a beautiful wood fence and installed new tile in our bathrooms as well as repaired a leak and retiled a wall around the tub. Thanks, Nick!

We found NTX via a Next Door recommendation. Just as their review said, Nick is a great guy and did a perfect job on our small kitchen upgrade . Very pleased .
