They did a great job! They are fast, knowledgeable, and honest. They don't try to sell you things you don't need. They explain everything. They are everything you want in a HVAC company. Highly recommend!

Came right out on a Sunday and lent us a used fan motor to tide us over until he could get a new one on Monday morning. He also put bigger ducts in to increase air flow into 2 of our bedrooms. Did great work, excellent customer service. Will definitely call him again if we need a/c work again. Highly recommended.

My AC went out last year. I found out my compressor was shot. Jose gave me several options and saved me a lot of money. Last night my AC was blowing hot. I called Jose about 9pm. I told him my wife had a doctors appointment in the morning. I didn't expect it but he said he could could be there in about a 1/2 hour. He was there in about 25 min. replaced the part and had me running in less than a hour. He also said my coil was pretty dusty and sprayed it out also. I think he did this for a fair price. I would recommend Gallegos for your heating and ac needs.

Jose is a fine gentleman. Quick prompt service. Resolved issue with my A/C very quickly. Fair price and takes the time to explain what he was doing. Definitely recommend his service. Have used him several times now not only for my needs but for friends of mine who were having issues getting their units repaired. He was able to get them working quickly and reasonably priced.

I lucked into having Gallego’s service my equipment! I purchased a 2nd home in Cedar Creek area where Jose had installed the AC/Heat unit this year before purchasing. Luckily his company name and number were on thermostat! I called, explained the situation (I was installing a Nest thermostat) he told me what I most likely did which I did do…touched the wrong wires and blew a fuse. Jose came later that day, replaced the fuse, showed me everything was working, showed me what he needed to replace and helped me finish installing my Nest. I feel fortunate I lucked into such a responsive, thorough, honest company to work with! 5 STARS!!

Jose installed a new system for us a few years ago and has been servicing us since that time. He is extremely reliable, prompt, and honest in his work. He is very personable and does an excellent job in his work. I highly recommend him if you need any HVAC work.

How did they perform such amazing service? Our ac went out and were in a panic because we run a business from our home. I called Jose and he came out immediately, it was on a Sunday! That in itself was amazing. He got me a quote so fast and offered me multiple options. Once I approved the quote, he was able to get all the materials the next day and start replacing. I first met Jose Gallegos about 9 years ago. We were in need of HVAC technician, and he responded to our call. He worked for a local business while going to school and getting his own license.
I was immediately taken with his very professional demeanor, his knowledge and his practical approach to our plight. A year or so later, I saw that he had completed his training, gotten his license and opened his own business. We were ready to invest in a new heating and air conditioning system. He advised us, installed and serviced our new system, and we couldn’t be more pleased. He also installed a mini-split system in an addition to our home, and services both when needed. His kindness and work ethics, his calm misdemeanor and knowledge can be relied upon always! We have recommended him to several other individuals, and found that all of them were well satisfied. I Contacted Gallegos Heating and Air Conditioning yesterday evening after we noticed our system not cooling. I was expecting to get someone out the following day since it was after traditional business hours. However, to my surprise Jose Gallegos was able to make it out immediately. From the moment I spoke with Jose on the phone, to when he was pulling up in my driveway ready to work was less than 30 minutes. Very reasonable prices, fast service, and a great guy. If you're in need of HVAC service, look no further, Jose Gallegos is the man to call!

Excellent service and communication! He took time to explain and didn't try to replace anything that wasn't broken. He tested and replaced the fan capacitor on the inside unit (showed what it was rated to be vs what it was testing at) , checked Freon levels (which were fine) and cleaned the outside coils. Really reasonable. 10 stars, for sure!

Jose came out and fixed our heat and air the first day we called him. The original carrier had told me for 2 months that they didn't have the part to fix it. It was still under warranty, so I'm sure we weren't a priority. Jose was very nice, efficient, and professional. It was fixed in just a few minutes, and right before the cold spell! I highly recommend him. He will be our new go to from now on!

Jose saved us Memorial Day week when our (20 year old) AC finally kicked the bucket. He offered to try to fix the old one but we opted to replace with a new system and he and his team came in and switched it out on a Saturday before lunch. I can not thank him enough for saving us from the heat. We had quotes from 3 other vendors in town and his was by far the best. He did quality work, explained what was going on with the system without making me feel like an idiot, and even put a metal conduit over the exterior thermostat wire we keep hitting with the weed whacker and put in a secondary sensor to the AH drip pan.

Jose went above and beyond. Our heater went out during freezing weather. He was able to fix our unit the same day. He even had to go back and forth from our house a few times to make sure the job had the correct parts per the measurements required. Plus he stayed true to the original price quoted for the job. Very honest work. He was even willing to work with our current schedule and communicated well for us to get the job to done in a timely and efficient manner.
We will be using them in the future; if needed.

My AC went out Saturday night and he came out on Mother's day to take a look and confirm the compressor was done. Because it was such an old and undersized unit we decided to install a brand new one. He was super professional and the work was super clean.
