I highly recommend this HVAC service. Prompt affordable and honest! I can’t say that for some other HVAC vendors I have dealt with through the years. Raul my technician was great and explained what he was doing and why. Give them a call in the Athens and Lake area for your HVAC services.

Aaron is such a nice guy - third or fourth time he’s been out helping me with the Heat AND AC, ordering parts, making sure he has the right numbers and such - he is always respectful and helpful. Also - Randi in the ofc did a phenomenal job working with my landlord to get all the financial things taking care of! Thanks guys!

Called A Degree Above for service to my son's ac. It wasn't working right. Temp was 88 and condenser was iced up. Brayden showed up and went right to work. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. At the end of the service call everything was working correctly. If Trayden is an example of the technicians employed by A Degree Above then you just can't go wrong with this company for service and repairs.

Aaron and Treydon did an AMAZING job fixing my air conditioner! Their prices were reasonable and they were honest and kind and efficient! I will definitely be hiring them again when needed!

Came out 4 times for the same repair. Everytime they left if wouldn't work again. Left a mess. Kept blaming the thermostat even though we went through 4... Said I was throwing a fit... Well I am now! Used these guys for years until now! Completely rude and have no clue what they are doing! Spent 600 the first trip and another 400 the second. Plus all the thermostats. Complete scam now.

Aaron at A Degree Above is amazing. He came out within 45 mins from when I called about my ac not working. Being it’s summer time and it was 85 in my house I’m so thankful how quickly they came out and serviced my unit. This was definitely an emergency with kids and bulldogs. These guys are professional quality all the way. Their tech came out and had more knowledge than a certified inspector. We were told by inspector that we needed drip pan from AC to outside. He showed not only we had a drip pan but it connected to drain pipe on top of that. Then work done on ducts was great. Quick and excellent work! Highly recommend!

Air Conditioner stopped working Saturday evening and called. Trayden responded he could be here 10am Sunday morning and even showed up a little early. My family has used A Degree Above for several years. Trayden recently diagnosed that our air-conditioning system did not have a safety valve when installed by another contractor. Within 24 hours they installed the safety valve. Would highly recommend them!

A degree Above is the best AC service on the lake, period. As a 26 year weekender I’ve tried them all.
Every time they have come out the same day as I called, even the last time which was on a Saturday.
They have two of the best tech’s who were informative and customer friendly. What more can I say. Give them a try and you’ll see.
