We use Hassell Free Plumbing for all of our projects from Remodels to new construction. He is a good honest man that does a very excellent job. He did the rough in for a Custom home in the picture below. Both the city inspector, engineer, and concrete crew new about the high quality of work he does in the area. Reasonable price for great quality work!

They are friendly and fair. We had an issue with the installation, they addressed it the next day and fixed it. Then unfortunately we had a water pressure issue with the City, they came out the next morning and identified that as the pressure problem. I appreciate their quick response

Had another guy try to fix a leak . Worst mistake I made on a Sunday . Kasey came out and got it fixed enough so we could atleast take a shower until be new parts arrived . Only company I normally call anyway but was on a Sunday . Next time I’ll wait till I can get ahold of them as this began as a simple leak under a sidewalk and wasnt a huge issue . Became one tho after someone else tried to fix it .

The actual repair was done to the air conditioner drain pan that was leaking into the dining room ceiling.

We called Hassell Free Plumbing to put in a cut off valve by our water meter. They were able to come out only 4 hrs after I called. Doug arrived and had the job done in 1 hr. Very reasonable price, and excellent craftsmanship. Would highly recommend.

This was the third time I have used Hassle Free Plumbing. Their customer service and plumbing services are top notch. My home was built in 1978 and the home has experienced its share of plumbing issues. To date, Hassle Free Plumbing has run all my water lines overhead due to a major slab leak that insurance did not cover and today they took care of a drainage issue with the bath tub. They initially came out to look at it and determined that it could be fixed quicker than setting up an appointment for a later date. The plumber, Doug fixed the issue on the spot and he also gave me some pointers on how to attach everything correctly once the new tub was installed. If you need excellent plumbing services in the Cedar Creek area, no need to look any further. Hassle Free Plumbing is by far the best.

Hassell Free did a great job plumbing our new construction and Doug Shanks does a great job whenever we need him to come back for something.

Kasey and Maney did a complete re pipe on my 48 year old lake home. It had a slab leak. That's as bad news as it gets.They did a complete job from the meter to the house and replaced all the old pipes with new overhead insulated pipes. Very happy with there work. I recommend you give them a try. They know what they are doing. They basically killed all slab pipes and did all of it in 2 days.

As usual Doug arrived on time and did excellent work with his helper. He apparently solved the flow problem in the shower due to an o-ring restriction. He adjusted the heat setting on the shower handle.
He told me the charge to replace the float valve in the toilet, and said it would be $225. I agreed to that. I had a float valve of my own and said he could use that. He said Hassell Free couldn’t warranty that. I said that’s okay. We discussed the use of my float valve before he told me the charge I would incur. Later If he had said your charge is still going to be $225 whether we use your valve or ours, my obvious answer would have been, “Well use your valve, and I’ll keep mine to repair one of my other three toilets someday by myself. I just assumed the price of the float valve would be subtracted from the $225, but I see now that Doug works from a “job basis”, not “time and materials basis”. This is no big deal, but that one sentence from Doug would have change my decision.

As former business owner I hate to leave a negative review, but after dealing with this company for almost a year during the building of our homes I am DONE with Mr Nice Guy! The entire time we felt we were talked down too and not really appreciated or respected as the homeowners. We were present daily on the property as the guest house had been finished and instead of consulting with us they just kept installing the provided Toilets (different colors) or the revised positions of the sink at their liking in the main house instead of consulting with us . I had to purchase shower installations requested by them and since I am not a plumber I was looked at like a moron because I didn’t quiet understand what to purchase. Our 6K Jacuzzi tub was never correctly installed with the required piping etc. nor tested for functionality! We had to hire a Jacuzzi specialist and we ripped out half of the new tile to access it and be told it was NOT even connected, after we had reached out to the company and never received a return call. Our final & last experience was a seemingly water leak outside between buildings. We were told they can’t find anything & it all smells like piss and accused that someone in the house is clogging lines up …OK.. then being handed a 350$ invoice. We wouldn’t call our experiences HASSEL FREE at all!
