Update: The owner of the company posted that this was not their work. That is a lie.
They were employed by my NEIGHBOR and this was the damage they caused in my yard. I have yet to receive any communication from this company. My review stands.

This company did work on my NEIGHBOR’S plumbing. They came onto my property with a Bobcat, leaving ruts and tracks and killing a tree. They left mounds of dirt from a trench dug in the neighbor’s yard. This was done without our permission. It was not necessary for them to come on our property. It was just easier. When we got home and confronted them, the plumber, Randy, assured my husband they would fix any damage. Once they covered the neighbor’s trench WEEKS later, my previously sodded yard was left bare and damaged. The plumber said they’d come back after it rained and repair the damage. I’ve called multiple times and have always been told that they are a “big company” and that they will make it right. We even had an appointment for them to come repair their sloppy work. THEY HAVE NEVER SHOWN UP! We changed plans to accommodate the appointment. This joke of a company is unprofessional, does not stand by their work, and are liars. This saga began in March of 2022 and I am posting this on June 1, 2022.

This is the 3rd time I’ve used A-Solution Plumbing. I recently had the pleasure of working with them again today after my first time many years ago when they replaced pipes in my backyard and I still couldn’t be more impressed by their service. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, their customer service was friendly and efficient. They quickly assessed my plumbing issue over the phone and sent technicians the next day.

The technicians, Martin and Brandon arrived on time, were very professional, and took the time to explain the problem clearly. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home, ensuring everything was cleaned up afterward. The pricing was transparent and fair, with no hidden fees.

Martin and Brandon came out to hook up a grill at our new house. They were very friendly and professional, arrived on time, and cleaned up when they were finished. They were able to hook up my grill very quickly. They had all the necessary parts on hand and immediately knew exactly what to do. GREAT GUYS and friendly office staff. Highly recommend 😁

Mike with A-Solution Plumbing was very quick to respond to our water leak issue. He detected the leak and had a crew out to start the repair within two hours! Mike worked on a Saturday to complete the repair and get our leak resolved. I highly recommend Mike with A-Solution Plumbing!.

Curtis and his team were extremely professional, fast, and did great work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any plumbing work done in Mabank or surrounding areas!

Hands down the best plumbers on the lake. Blake was beyond professional, arrived super fast and took his time locating my issue along with making sure the problem was fully fixed before leaving.

We had a main water line break and had to shut down service that building. I called A-Solution after work hours and they were able to come the next day to fix our problem and get us back online. Blake and Jacob were professional and friendly and went above and beyond to take care of us. Recommend 10 out of 10.

They plumbed our whole home and any issues we hav had which have been very small, they were extremely responsive. Quality work and great pricing!

After a call to Curtis for some emergency leaks, his prompt response helped keep damage to our home at bay. Thanks to Blake and Jacob for doing a thorough and quick repair, they were very polite and knowledgeable! We will definitely call A-Solution for all plumbing issues!

A-Solution Plumbing is the right choice. They stepped up immediately when I called them on Friday afternoon and I couldn't be more satisfied. I had a different local Plumbing Company working on a sewer issue at my house. I called them on a Friday morning, they were currently on another job and would be at my house on Monday. They came and gave me a great price for the repairs and said they would return on Tuesday to complete the job. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday came and went no plumbers and no call. I called them when I still had not heard from them at noon on Friday and reached voicemail thinking maybe they are on lunch I called around 2pm and get a message that "the cellular customer isn't accepting calls at this time." Left with no other option I called A-Solution next. A-Solution not only answered my calls but they showed up exactly as they said they would, completed the work and I found a pre existing plumbing issue I wasn't even aware of and they fixed it and didn't even charge me extra. Thank you A-Solution Plumbing you really came through for me.

Curtis’ team did an outstanding job in repairing a slab leak. From detection, excavation, repair and putting my landscaping back in place, everyone was polite, reassuring and professional. The team kept us informed throughout the process and were able to get our problem resolved quickly. Thanks again!

We had a multitude of plumbing challenges that arose over the past week; e.g. hot water heater, leaking shower/tub valve, kitchen faucet replacement & septic system issues. A-Solution got everything done with no mess at a very fair price.

Best plumbers around, they came to us quickly and addressed our needs right away. Blake and Jacob have been our go to plumbers when we needed them. Lisa at the phones was such a blessing to help us. She understood our needs. They are on my phone in contacts. They fixed my faucets that was leaking. These were faucets that was only a year old. Thank yall so much A-Solutions plumbing.

The master bathroom shower wasn’t getting hot water. I contacted them in the late afternoon on 12-11-25, and they called me before 9:00am the next day. They then were able to send someone out within 2 hours!
Everyone was so nice, and Blake and his partner did a great job! We will definitely be using them again for our plumbing needs!

Amazing customer service made a quick phone call and had a plumber arrive same day. The employee was very courteous and explained out the solution and even went further to investigate any potential issues that may arise in the future. Service was quick and professional. Would always recommend A Solutions to be your first call for any plumbing needs. Owner is a great family man and very upfront and will go above and beyond.

BEWARE of the PRICE! My wife called them and asked for her kitchen sink faucet be replaced, the guess bathroom toilet was leaking, which needed a new wax ring and flange, the master bathroom toilet needed a adjustment of the flapper, the bathtub needed the faucet tightened up and one sprinkler head needed to replace. We have ring cameras and the total time was a little over 3 hours he was there and charged $959.00 and we had purchased the kitchen faucet and sprinkler head, they supplied a kitchen drain kit, wax ring and flange. I looked that up at Lowe’s for little under $25.00, I called the next day to pay my bill and inquired about the charges and the lady told me they don’t charge by the hour but by the job. We also have ring cameras in the house and not one time did he tell my wife the cost of these jobs like they advertised.Remember to beware when they say they don’t charge by the hour but by the job!!!! Remember to ask before work begins.

Kasey was polite and very helpful to solve our plumbing issue. We had a house full of visitors so we REALLY appreciate the prompt response on a holiday weekend.

Cannot say enough about our experience with Hassle Free Plumbing. It’s tough enough to find quality work here around Cedar Creek, much less someone that is responsive and on time. Hassle Free is all that and more.

Came right on time, reviewed the job, and quoted a reasonal price. Replaced all 3 shutoff valves with better types. Removed and replaced the leaking sink faucet. Checked pipes for leaks cleaned everything. Quick & Efficient 😆
