Reviews of local pros in Mabank, Texas

Your technicians actually showed up before the appointment, which is very uncommon. And Tyler and his assistant did a great job. They were very Professional and courteous. Got right to work, troubleshooting the situation and corrected the issue. You’re lucky to have him working for you.helpful

Called in with a weekend emergency issue. Failed pump and water starting to back up in the house. They had someone to my house in no time. Great experience!

Quick to respond, very decent pricing, transparent, diligent and detailed work. Extra work was needed, thus a slighty higher price. Also, a receipt is provided immediately. No need to look further for your plumbing needs.

Access Plumbing was great. Aaron is a very friendly and knowledgeable guy. Both he and his helper worked hard fixing the big job I had (broken sections, an alteration I wanted, and massive amounts of roots). Price was reasonable, especially considering the amount of digging they had to do and they didn't charge me extra for my mess up trying to fix it myself. They made sure I knew about pricing ahead of time. They were great about letting me look into what they were doing, investigating the broken sections, and looking at the nice new finished sections. Also, they were careful about closing gates and doors behind them so my cats wouldn't escape, I appreciate that. I'd definitely hire them again.

Access Plumbing has been a tremendous partner on this project! Our "problem" was handled as a renovation, and required plumbing work over multiple days (tear out, repair, install) and even some unexpected tasks. Tommy and Alex were diligent in their tasks and super pleasant to work with! They also left the work site neat and ready for use! Thanks also to David for naming a handful of key subs that completed the their parts of the project. Very pleased with all involved! I'll always use Access Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

The crew that came to my house was professional and courteous. They left my home better than they found it. The work area was cleaned properly and they had extremely reasonable pricing. The original estimate from another company was cut in half by Access. I HIGHLY recommend Access Plumbing. If I could give a million stars I WOULD.

I had my home foundation repaired the foundation co sent a plumbing company to do a static leake test they were there for 8 hr trying to find the sewer line and when they found it they ran the test and said I had a leak but to sure they would have to install a new clean out going back to house and want to charge me $2,218 and then a other $$998.00 to re test for leak. I call access plumbing they said I did need an additional clean out because it was already there. They ran a leak test in two different area of home and there was no leak. They were very professional and polite and finished in a timely manner.

I scheduled an appointment in the morning.. by 1100 I hadn't heard from them so I called and the plumbers said that they beat at my door and nobody answered.. funny how I was awake on the couch and the door was open.. then she proceeded to tell me that they don't lie.. really because I am the one that has worked all night and doesn't have water why would I lie? Don't use these peopl

A-Solution Plumbing is absolutely amazing. I had a leak under my foundation they had to tunnel under the foundation to replace all the plubming they did an excellent job. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any plubming work done, they are very professional, reliable and honest people. Thank you guys so much for all you've done for me.

Called on Thursday July 1st to set up a service call for a leak under my kitchen sink. Was told they were pretty busy but could probably come take a look at it that afternoon, or Friday and possibly start work Monday due to the holiday weekend. I was fine with this, except no one ever showed or called Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and here we are Sunday with not as much as a call from the company who said they would come out! Unprofessional.

My husband and I were not home but could see water coming out of our garage on the camera. We assumed our water heater burst but didn’t know for sure. After several calls to other plumbers who could not help, Lisa and team promised to go by and check it out and contain the damage, even if they couldn’t do the replacement of my water heater today. They showed up within the hour and all was well. Thank you for problem solving and fitting me into your busy day! What a relief to have such great people around to help you in an emergency.

I had them install an Aquasana water filtration system along with a pressure booster pump. I can endorse this. Bye bye bottled water and heavy cooler jugs. They did a great job

Top Tier and Service with a smile!! Have used these guys several times in the last with amazing service each time. Today after getting a water bill for 200$ I called and owner CJ answered and said he could have someone at my house to fix the problem within an hour. Austin showed up prepared to work and fixed the issue. Call A-Solution for all of your plumbing needs. They WILL take care of you.

We remodeled our house and these guys did excellent work. This was a full remodel with PEX pipe added, drains changed and new fixtures installed. Everything works great and they were on schedule and on quoted price. I would use them again.

I have used A-Solution Plumbing on several projects and my personal home.
They are always on time and their pricing is very fair for the market place in East Texas.
If you are looking for a good plumbing company count on A-Solutions.

A- solution Plumbing is a notch above other plumbing services in the area. They responded very quickly, were professional, and did quality work. I had a leak after the recent freeze and they responded quickly when called and had the pipe fixed in no time. A - solution will definitely be my first call in the future for any plumbing work. I would definitely recommend using A- Solution for plumbing installation or repair work.

We had a great experience with this company. The two guys that fixed our showers were very professional and trustworthy. They did a great job, the showers have never worked better. They came in our time of need. Thank you Curtis. I will highly recommend your company!
