We’ve been working with Matt and team for about two years on outdoor projects and landscaping. They are by far the best team to work with. Quality design, clean and tidy worksite, professional…. I could go on and on. 5 stars isn’t enough. I’d highly recommend them.

Salesman was good at coming up with a plan. He seemed to have very little patience and wanted a signed contract, a percentage of the cost of the project up front even though they were not going to start for 60 days or so. He ultimately withdrew his bid and decided he did not want to work with us. Turned out to be a good thing. Was able to do about the same amount of work for about a third of their bid. These guys are very pricey. Maybe they are worth it but I would recommend you competitive bid to insure correct pricing..

Update: one of the owners reached out to me and explained what occurred was not a Company practice and apologized for my experience. He seemed very sincere. Can’t ask for more than that…..

We have used Burrington's Outdoor Living on a number of occasions and we have always been exceptionally pleased with the results. Matt Burrington and his crews go out of their way to make sure that you are happy with the work and will do anything you need in order to make you happy and do the job right the first time. In addition everyone is courteous, professional, and knowledgable in what they are doing. Most importantly, Matt will follow up and make sure that any issues that may possibly arise after the job is done will be attended to quickly and properly. We have had Matt put in a long walkway made of pavers to take the place of the old pea gravel one which had many steps on it and became a tripping hazard for me. The result is fabulous. No more steps and it looks beautiful. My guests can't believe that it is made of pavers since everything looks so perfectly in place!! We also had Matt trim all of our vegetation, fertilize, and design some new flower bed arrangements for a number of our flower beds that were destroyed by the last frost. Beautiful. Also had Matt put up an 8 ft privacy panel made of cedar to give us some much needed privacy from our backyard neighbors who overlook us. Again, great work and always at a reasonable price. Our latest project is a pergola that we are looking to install in our backyard. Would never consider anyone but Matt to do this work. An easy going gentleman who says what he is going to do and does what he says.

Matt and his team were fantastic. Hard working and considerate. Always left a clean worksite. Matt was very easy to work with and always readily available. He was here every day. The end product exceeded all our expectations. Absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend Burrington’s Outdoor Living.

It's been a couple of weeks now since Matt Burrington & his wonderful team finished completely renovating my patio, refreshing other parts of my backyard by installing gutters, etc. redoing & adding flowerbeds, a new tree, relocating parts of my sprinkler system as well as creating a great large paver walkway to my side yard(much safer access to my garden). All beautiful changes that I have been enjoying daily, even in our TX heat!!!. I am so pleased with the work that has been done from beginning, to creation, to completion. Matt & his "guys" were fun & pleasant to work with through creative planning, frustration of weather delays, patiently listening to and equally patiently responding to every question & idea I had, getting everything done in a timely way. Their kindness, thoughtfulness and professional attention to detail is much appreciated. I highly recommend Burrington Outdoor Living & look forward to planning some more work to be done in the near future...Thanks Matt and all your guys...

Matt and his team updated and upgraded our pool, decking, outdoor kitchen, fire pits, and landscaping. I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled this time as the workmanship, customer service, and overall experience was exceptional, which is hard to find these days. Top notch crew and Matt was at all times personally invested, accessible, responsive, and always fair. Highly recommended.

We used Burrington’s to install an outdoor kitchen, paver walkway, and landscape lighting. Matt was great to work with, always responding promptly and going the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with the products and service. His crew was professional, courteous, showed up on time, and always cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely work with Burrington’s again for other outdoor projects.

My wife found Burringtons on line as we were in search of a company to do a complete restoration of our back yard and existing patio. We interviewed two other companies before we met Matt Burrington. Matt came out personally, no salesman, just the owner. Matt met with my wife and I and we went over our ideas of what we wanted. Matt spent a couple of hours with us and we agreed to meet with him at his office two days later. Matt had a 3D graphic design set up on a large TV screen. He captured most of what we wanted and added some other features we hadn't even thought about. He showed us different pavers and other material that he thought would look great on the fire pit he also designed. Matt and his crew showed up when we scheduled the start date. These guys are the hardest working guy's I have ever seen. Matt was there every day to make sure we were happy with the progress. We exceeded our original plans and added more features and lighting. We had him also do all new landscaping in our existing yard. I even had him add two new entry cedar gates and over 100 new cedar pickets. The crew even added new sprinkler heads to our existing sprinkler system. Matt helped pick out the two new trees and other shrubs for our beds in the back yard. We added over 700 feet of pavers and new walk ways leading to our new patio. The work was outstanding and his guys cleaned up EVERYTHING and hauled it off each day they were on the job. Matt and his crew far exceeded our expectations. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would. They are THE BEST OF THE BEST. Ronnie Bird

Burrington’s outdoor living was chosen to finish a project that was on the brink of disaster. Matt was there from the beginning to end; all the while making it an easy process. His crews did a beautiful job building a second story deck with a covered patio below. As a perfectionist, I recognize quality work. What was once a nerve wracking and disastrous situation, finally turned into a peaceful, exciting and complete process. His teams: electrical, drainage, pavers, and carpenters/painters, were very meticulous, worked well together, kind and cleaned up at the end of each day. The new outdoor addition is such a wonderful, relaxing space, that will be enjoyed for many years to come.

After a long search of contractors to help us with removing a falling outdoor fireplace, fix poor patio drainage, and update the overall look of our existing backyard space, we found Matt through a Google search. When he first visited, he listened to our concerns and provided a vision that addressed the entire scope of work and worked for both my husband and me. He followed up with a comprehensive proposal, was patient with questions, and provided references (which I checked). We decided to go with him over 3-4 other vendors and couldn't be happier with the decision. He helped us talk through options, his team showed up on time and worked as much as possible through numerous bouts of rain, and they were always polite and patient with my kids who thought watching them was better than TV lol. They were also great with not leaving a mess each day, so we were still able to go outside in the evenings. Matt was communicative and very patient with our (too) MANY questions. He was flexible with changes and worked with us as unexpected things arose. The end result is BEAUTIFUL. We are looking forward to enjoying lots of family time outside this summer! I cannot say enough good things about Burrington’s. It started first with the amazing AutoCAD images so we could see exactly what it was going to look like. Matt helped us figure out what we wanted and had excellent ideas when it came to design and landscape. We loved everything he did. His team is extremely professional and clean up everything thoroughly before they leave. Both my neighbors have also used him and were extremely satisfied. Very comfortable having him and his team in and around our home.

I am so pleased with the work Matt and his crew did for us. We had needed to relocate our outdoor kitchen. We got our concrete patio o relayed with pavers and added pavers to the new area for the outdoor kitchen. They also has to bust up the concrete area where the current outdoor kitchen was and then sod the area. It was back breaking work! His crew is the best!!! The finished product looks amazing!

Matt updated our backyard, including a pergola, outdoor kitchen, patio resurface, fire pit, and landscaping. The finished product is absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t be happier! The project was completed on time and did not deviate from our initial quote. Communication is seamless. His crew is friendly, professional, and extremely hard working! We recently had Matt and his team start on some landscaping projects for us and I am so impressed by how they turned out. We attempted to DIY the project and left it unfinished for almost a year and he came in and made it so much better than I imagined. They were able to adjust the design on fly too without issue. Communication was easy and response times were quick. His crew was great about leaving the work area clean once they were finished too.

We had an excellent experience with Burrington’s Outdoor Living. We completely remodeled our entire backyard. This involved new patios, 2 fire pits, walkways, fountain restoration, building a shed, new drains, lighting, relocation of electrical outlets and conduits, fence repairs, brick wall modification and landscaping. Matthew met with us multiple times prior to commencing our project to ensure they were designing to fit our needs and budget. Matthew and his crew went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble. Matt was great to work with. He expanded our screened porch to twice it’s size. Made a dog run for our goldendoodle. Added a walkway from the rear of the house to the front. Did many custom additions for us. All of the workmanship is outstanding. The materials were of the highest quality. We could not be more pleased. This is the go to company if you want a great job.

We recently hired Burrington's Outdoor Living to expand our backyard patio and add additional landscaping to our backyard. The owner, Matt, helped us come up with a design that we love. He added a covered pergola, and created a unified look by flooring our existing patio and the new pergola with matching pave stones. He also helped us design and installed a new outdoor kitchen.
