Doug and his team are amazing!! They totally exceeded our expectations. Doug is a true artist and gave us our dream yard. I would recommend them to anyone!!

We love our new patio! Doug has a great eye for design and functionality. He turned some problem areas for us into a beautiful place we will enjoy for many years to come.

We, four neighbors hired this company to replace our fence. The work has been completed in March this year (2020). All four neighbors had issues with the irrigation system after their work. They damaged the pipe system and several sprinkler heads for all of us and cut the electric wire for two. I noticed issues when my lawn starts dying without water. I called a professional repair company and they quoted over $1000 to rewire and fix the issue as they had no clue where the line was cut. Due to the high amount of the repair cost, I have operated the sprinklers manually for some time and eventually hired another repair company. They had identified the damaged (cut) electric wire by the new fence post and fixed it along with 5 other sprinkler heads they have damaged along the fence line. When I talk to this company about it, they won't take responsibility as it is over a month since they completed the work. I have not operated the sprinkler in March/April so I had no way to find the issue until after a month they completed the work. Interestingly, one of my neighbors called this company several times within the one month period to report issues with their sprinkler system but never repaired the damage they caused.

Four out of four work they have done for us had damages to our property and they have not taken responsibility. Regardless of this, the owner and another person I spoke to was very mean and unprofessional. The owner also went ahead to the extent to say he will file a defamation case against me if I complain against them. I am filing a lawsuit against this company and also complained to BBB and other agencies.

My recommendation to you folks is to stay away from such irresponsible and unprofessional company.

8/12/20: Additional comments after I saw a response with bunch of lies from the owner:
None of my statements are false, I have supporting evidence to prove it. The other house owner called this contractor several times to fix their damage but this guy never fixed the damage (blaming on covid-19), he is now telling me that he would have fixed my damage if I had reported it earlier. $1000 is the first estimate, $220 is what I paid to the second repair company. The electric wire was cut right within 2 inches by the new fence post and right under the fence. If you need more proof, I will submit that in the court, see you soon there.

I wanted to extend the back patio slab on our new home. Contacted Creative Reflections on a Friday hoping to get something done soon, but was prepared and forewarned that they were booked up for quite a while; definitely a good sign to be in demand. Spoke to them about what I needed and they said to let them make some calls and see how quickly they could help us out. A short while later, I received a call back and they were able to squeeze me in that very next Tuesday to do my patio slab extension for an extremely reasonable price. I wasn't able to be there when the guys did the work but they did exactly the size and dimension that I wanted and even took care of capping off the sprinklers that were in the way for me and used caution to not damage any sprinkler lines. They even left the job site clean and almost as if no one has been back there. Very satisfied with the extension. Will have them come do some landscaping once we are settled in more! Highly recommend for your projects and needs!

We have been so happy with the services provided by Doug and his team. They always have great recommendations about what to plant and where. 5🌟 for professionalism and cleanliness. They are so easy to work with and we look forward to our refresher every 6 months!

I FINALLY found a quality Landscaping Company. After living in my home 15 yrs, and many experiences with Landscapers and weather conditions, I can say I found the best and most honest company. We had drainage issues, old freeze damage that caused gaps in the landscaping and plantings that outgrew their space or were a bad choice for the location. Creative Reflections took the time to understand how the yards are used and viewed from different directions and also some security issues. The owner stayed with the project and worked alongside his crew to insure that everything was done properly and he addressed all the issues we were having. Also we will not have a plants and design that you see in every other yard in the neighborhood. I appreciate the artistic eye of the owner, as well as the practical design that brought new life and usefulness to the yard. There was time spent doing things correctly, so that the drainage would work long term and the plants will thrive in the correct exposure and soil base.
In the past I have wasted time and money on companies that pretend to know landscaping and I feel grateful that I have Finally found this company to do the work needed.

Stop! You're in the right place.
We're disabled seniors. We use wheelchairs & walker's & we were basically trapped inside. We had one difficult, at best, entry point. We couldn't enjoy the backyard or pool.
Doug changed all that! He even designed, & had poured, concrete ramps, at every entry point. He had his crew fix the lip at the garage entrance, making a huge difference in loading the wheelchairs. He designed/poured, a sidewalk, & 2 patios, & put crushed granite behind the garage & around the pool equipment so that we could easily access it. Not just easily, safely. That's priceless! As far as price, his prices are very reasonable.
We have more projects & we will define be using Doug for ALL of them. His crew was on time, respectful, trustworthy, & worked incredibly hard. Craftsmanship unsurpassed!
We've been burned, more than once. Trust doesn't come easy for us. Doug goes above & beyond. He even found something our inspector missed. Our main water line needed to be replaced. He found it, we got to a plumber before the cold weather or it could've been a disaster. That's Doug. He genuinely cares & we trust him. So look no further! You've found the best!

We had a relatively easy landscape project, that turned into something a little more complex! Due to a storm that damaged the house, we had to shuffle the design....and delay things considerably! I’m just a few words- high integrity, amazing vision, awesome people to work with.
It’s hard to trust someone when you’ve been burned before but I’m telling you now, Doug and his team are top notch people with the highest integrity. He took the side of our house and transformed it into the most beautiful and functional space. We never imagined the area even being usable.
Our home had a huge drainage issue that the previous home owners attempted to fix by filling the entire side yard with pea gravel, rendering half of our yard a useless dust bowl that’s painful to walk on. When I contacted them, I only envisioned a new pathway. But creative reflections came in and created an incredible space that’s essentially out of a magazine.
They went above and beyond, worked every day *on time*, they were kind and easy to work with. The created real solutions that are beautiful and made my yard our oasis. They are affordable and offer solutions for paying for the work too if needed. I will never hire another person to do my landscaping!
