Christmas light installation. Great crew and great service. Clearly customer oriented service.

Contacted this company to do our Christmas lights because I was impressed with how professional of a job they did for my mom. Within a few days of me contacting them they were out here hanging lights exactly the way we discussed. Couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with.

Doug has managed our landscaping and Christmas lights for many years (through some tough weather I might add). He is a professional in every way, fairly priced, responsive, and reliable. He has a good eye for landscaping and goes above and beyond to make sure things are done right.

I am absolutely thrilled with the landscaping and service we received from Creative Reflections. The owner, Doug, really knows his stuff! I don't know much about plants, and I am terrible with visualizing what I want. Doug was very patient with me and never pushy. He showed me different ideas, showed me pictures online, as well as mapped out what it would look like in my yard. We came up with a plan, and he immediately went to work. His team worked fast and the results are impeccable. I am very OCD about alignment and symmetry and every stone and plant were perfectly placed and aligned. I could overhear and see Doug make sure of it when he did a quality check. He really took the time to make sure everything was laser straight and not a hair out of place. Creative Reflections left my yard clean and beautiful! We have already had a couple of neighbors compliment the yard and ask for Doug's info.

Doug and his team installed our Christmas lights this year and did such a wonderful job! When they take the lights down, they also store them for you for the following year. They were really good at communicating with us in a timely manner and were very professional. Definitely recommend using them! Can’t wait to work with Doug and his team again in the future!

Had a mainline water break between street and home. 48 hours of no water waiting for management to handle it. Vendor they sent out was unprepared and needed further authorization to do the work. Called Doug and his crew was here within a few hours and job done…catching up on laundry and a much needed cold shower. Creative Reflections is awesome, honest and reliable!!!

Absolutely awful experience with the owner, Douglas. Douglas was in my backyard working on my neighbor’s fence without any notice, which startled my family. When I politely asked what they were doing, Douglas was dismissive, rude, and downright unprofessional. Instead of showing the slightest bit of courtesy, he snapped at me, went silent when I pointed out that it’s basic respect to notify neighbors, and flat-out refused to give me a business card.

His team, on the other hand, was polite and apologetic, they were the only saving grace. But let’s be clear, good crews don’t excuse trash ownership. Douglas’s attitude is unacceptable, and his lack of professionalism overshadows any quality of work his company might provide. If this is how the owner treats people, I would never trust him with my property.

Douglas, there is no need for a response, as there is absolutely no justification for this behavior. I simply want your future patrons to be aware.

Update: You are correct that I took photos, that was the only way to obtain contact information, as you, please don't blame this on your crew, did not provide a business card or introduce yourself. As for being ‘hostile,’ I believe most people would be alarmed and startled to find strangers in their backyard without notice, easement or not. Every other maintenance or utility crew that has accessed this shared space in the past has had the courtesy to knock on my door and notify me of their presence. Nothing in my review was inaccurate or false, the fact remains that you entered my yard without notice, and I have documented proof of this. My review reflects my experience, which I stand by.

Our experience with EGM Landscaping Services was excellent. When I called to see about getting a quote, they came out that day and were helpful with giving us suggestions.
