I have been using J-Tech for years and have never been disappointed with them. I just purchased a new Lennox A/C and Heating system and am extremely pleased with both the equipment, pricing, and awesome service. I wouldn't use anyone else!

I’ve had this company come out a couple of times through my home warranty and they’ve always been punctual, professional and efficient. I had Jordan out today and he’s easily the best repair guy I’ve had in my home for anything. No AC in Texas in the summer is terrible but he made sure it was up and running before leaving. I couldn’t be more grateful for his hard work.

Louis came out and fixed my A/C unit. He was efficient, thorough, and kind. I really appreciated the fast response since it’s been so very hot. I would recommend them to anyone.

So THRILLED to leave a review. Trent is that reliable and honest AC guy! Literally cleaned up another company that is fairly well known but delegate and end up not being proficient. Just because a company can afford a billboard doesn’t mean they will give you the individual attention and expertise you deserve. BTW, I used to manage/oversee about 9000 apartments all over the USA, and I know a bit. 👍😉

They gave me a fair price on a new system that was much lower than other offers. They installed it quickly and made sure everything was working before they left. Dean did an awesome job cleaning up and doing maintenance on my AC unit. He is friendly and thorough. He shows up on time. He is careful when bringing in a big ladder - watching for walls, hand rails, and the light fixtures. I am very happy with the work he did. I can already tell a difference in how cool the air is blowing. Perfect timing for what I’m sure will be a hot summer!

A part went out on my air conditioning unit. The original company I called had it on back order and would take 3-5 days to get. I called J Tech and they had it replaced and working again the next afternoon and for a better deal than the first company. The tech was on time, friendly and wasted no time getting my air working again. Thank you, J Tech!! You are now my go to for all my air conditioning needs!!

Great experience every time. I have American Home Shield Warranty company and that is how I was connected to this company. The first time I used them was after a technician from a major company did an assessment and told me I needed a whole new system. J-tech came out and only the system had to be cleaned off from the outside and it resumed working perfectly. I have had to use them three times and every time they have fixed the problem. I used Louis each time and I would request him every time. Very trustworthy, professional and he diagnosed and fixed the problem accurately. Jordan was very professional as well. The ladies whom answer the phones (Brittany and I forgot the other names) are very professional, courteous, and I was so thankful they were able to push up my appointment to accommodate my busy work schedule. Highly recommend this company, I will continue to use them to service my AC needs.

Louis handsome Hubbard was extremely professional, fast and made sure all the boxes were checked, couldn’t ask for better service. Highly recommended if you need services done to your air conditioning, me and my family were able to enjoy an air conditioned house for Christmas this year.

Dean the Tech and Joey the Owner came out and made things right even though there were several issues with the failed compressor in the outside AC Condenser. There was a problem with the Alliance compressor unit that is used on the American Standard units and two replacement compressors later, the system was fixed and it was a testament to the guys that stuck with it and got it done. Many thanks for their help and expertise.

They were assigned to us through our home warranty company. They cut holes in our ductwork to check our dampeners and didn’t reseal them. This eventually lead to condensation building up in our drain pan and leaking through our ceiling. They told us our drain pan was not a proper pan (so it was conveniently not covered) and we have gotten a second opinion that that was not the case.
