Do not use this company.

Following my wife's review. You showed up to check our AC and dampers not opening. You said nothing about the drain pan at the time of the first visit because it wasn't overflowing or a problem.

The day after you came out, we called because our ceiling was flooding (we were told later it was condensation because you cut open our ductwork and didn't reseal). You showed back up and told us you couldn't help us until we signed this liability waiver. You then told us our drain pan was faulty and that you could replace it but it wouldn't be covered under warranty. We accepted that but then you never responded or came back out to fix anything.

You caused a problem and then ran away from it. Costed us a couple more thousand dollars.

Had semi-urgent furnace repair needs just before Icepocalypse 2026. Michael, the technician, was friendly, quick and efficient. Service call out was prompt and dispatch was very helpful. THANK YOU! 🙏

I put in a work request through my Home Owners Warranty and the technician, Jordan, arrived at my house really quickly. He was super friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly — what the issue was and the different options we had to fix it. I really appreciated his honesty and how easy he made the whole process. Highly recommend!

Michael, the AC tech was very kind, professional and knowledgeable as to what was going on with the new AC that was installed in my home but the original AC installer : The Chill Brothers did not install the AC correctly thus causing a lot of issues. Michael found out what was going on and is in the process of replacing a part that is not functioning and will stop by again when the part is received as ordered!! I would recommend the company and Michael any time one needs AC fixed! Thank you

Mr. Louis did a fantastic job! My gas furnace was not working, so I was out of AC for over a month. He diagnosed the problem and had fixed it. He replaced the blower motor and the board. And, my ac has started working. He was knowledgeable about and had done the job well! Thank you very much! I recommend that company to anyone who needs help his AC or gas furnace . After reading the customers' reviews and saw how caring was Mr. Louis, I also have joined the bandwagon. Thank you.

AC had been not cooling for a few days, getting uncomfortable while I got quotes. A good friend recommended J Tech and so glad he did!! Needed coil replacement. Joey, Brittany and Melissa were so helpful in getting me cooled off the next day. Pablo installed quickly, professionally, cleaned up their mess. Good pricing, Great company!!!. So happy I will be signing up w J Tech for the annual maintenance program.

I had a great experience with Jtech Mechanical. Dean did an excellent job with our AC repair — he was professional, thorough, punctual, and proactive throughout the process. Marco also did very good work and was helpful in getting the repair completed smoothly. Jtech was assigned through my home warranty company, and I’m very glad they were.

Our AC finally died this summer after many attempts to keep it running. I can’t say enough positive words to compliment J Tech’s office and service men. They were always polite and professional even while trying to deal with our home owner’s warranty. I highly recommend Jech if you have any ac repairs required.

I asked at home warranty and they send this company 😡i ask
them to fix the heating, and they did fix it, but the air conditioning stopped working. The next day, neither the heating nor the air conditioning worked. After calling them for almost three weeks for a solution, they came to reinstall the control board, and since the unit still didn't work after they installed the board, they started cutting wires they shouldn't have and removing perfectly good parts. This means they were just trying to guess the solution. Their diagnosis was that a wire had a short circuit, which is why it wasn't working, and they wanted to charge $800 to fix it. They just came to my house and made a mess. And guess what? I went to YouTube to look for videos to try and fix it, and I managed it. But first, I had to remove all the mess those so-called professionals made. Anyway, I fixed what you couldn't. What I got from you was: 1- Unnecessarily cut wires. 2- Parts removed when the original ones were working perfectly. 3-thermostats not working. 3-missing screws on the other machine, which I don't know why they touched since it was fine and I didn't ask them to fix anything. But I'm happy because I was able to do it myself. And I managed to do what an expert on the subject couldn't. I was better than the experts.👎.
