Kyle and his team did a great job with installation on ur HVAC system. He serviced our old one previously for a couple years and he was able to get a couple more out of our old one before we got this new one out in. He’s always looking for the best deal for you!

Kyle Rice Services (KRS) provided exceptional services when they installed two new furnaces and AC units at my home. They were very professional in the way they communicated with me through they entire process. I was very impressed by how respectful they were of my home, spreading drop cloths throughout my house where they were walking and thoroughly cleaning up all work areas when they were done. Their workmanship is some of the best I've seen in the greater Houston area. Refrigerant lines and electrical were installed very neatly, condenser units were set square and level. They are very well priced and will give you more value for your money compared to other HVAC contractors. I highly recommend these gentlemen.

I had dealt with Pro Cool before Kyle Rice took over this business. Since becoming Kyle Rice Services the quality of repair work has gone downhill. They recently replaced a part for me on my heating unit. Come to find out from another repair company, they left the part in the condensate drain pain, rusting out the part. In addition, they didn’t ensure the other AC part that regulates the Freon was properly insulated, leading to improper cooling. One more thing, they don’t come back when they say they will or return your call. It appears they prefer new unit installation instead of repair. They are pretty horrible at repairs.

I’ve had Kyle install 2 separate 4 ton AC units for me in separate buildings. The first was roughly 12 months ago. I needed his service for what turned out to be a very minor repair a few months ago. After those experiences, it was easy to contact him again when I needed his service. Kyle quickly diagnoses what needs to be done and wastes no time. Both he and his help are more than qualified. Their also very prompt and pleasant to work with.

Our AC was starting to run inefficiently and KRS was able to come out quickly and diagnose the problem and come up with a solution. They quoted us well below everyone else and got to work right away. They even came up with a solution to how loud the return in our living room was. Now our house is cooler and quieter!
