Fast service and fair pricing. When power was restored after Beryl at 6p on Sunday, we noticed the ac wouldn’t work. I called Carlos, he asked a couple of questions and then he was on his way to come take a look at the situation. Within a hour we had a working ac again. This was our third experience with him and all three times have been the same experience. His goal seems to be to fix the problem and not try sell you a new system. This is hard to find these days. I recommend their service 100% .

AirFix installed a new HVAC system in my house. I couldn't be happier about the service. Carlos and his crew showed up at the agreed time. They completed the removal of my old system and installed the new one that day. When they left, everything was cleaned up and back in place. Old school service that you don't see much any longer.

Carlos with AirFix recently repaired an AC evaporator coil that began to leak and caused my AC to stop cooling. He identified the problem quickly and was able to obtain a new coil and get it installed by the next day. AirFix does great work and is always courteous and professional. I can recommend AirFix for all AC repairs.

I already had Carlos fix my first A/C unit a couple of years ago which he did a great job, so when my 2nd unit went out I did not hesitate to call him again. He is very professional and explains everything that is going. His knowledge and expertise makes you feel at ease as he explains to you what needs to get repaired or replaced. Carlos, owner of Airfax has been has my call to guy whenever I have a problem with my HVAC. He responds promptly and comes right away. My AC quit working Sunday night. I texted him around 9:00 p.m. He was here first thing Monday morning and fixed it right away. He never tries to upsell. In fact, he's convinced me several times not to replace my unit because it didn't need it. He is the best and you can rely on him for all your HVAC needs.

I can’t say enough good things about Carlos and Airfix LLC. On multiple occasions—one even after hours—Carlos has answered our call when our AC wasn’t working right. Each time, he showed up at our house within the hour! It’s always been something minor, but thanks to his quick response, we were up and running again fast—and without breaking the bank.

With an infant at home and sleep already being a rare luxury, I’m beyond thankful we never had to go a night without AC in the brutal Texas summer heat. Carlos was very detailed in the work plan and quote as we shopped around. He was communicative via text and phone as we had questions during the evaluation.

His team was professional and were able to accommodate an unusual installation due to our house being a geodesic dome. They were able to get both the inside and outside units completed along with a new electrical cutoff box in a single day.
