My furnace was going out right before the holidays. This made for a challenging time for an install with local suppliers' holiday hours. Jimmy was always in contact with me to update how things were going on his end. I really appreciated his transparency and extra efforts in what could have been a much more frustrating situation.

I have used AATempco for maintenance and repair over the past 20 years. Always professional, knowledgeable, highly skilled and trustworthy. I recently replaced my 20 year old builder grade AC and Heating system with a high efficiency system and I am extremely pleased. AATempco did a fantastic job of a clean install and it is performing beyond my expectations.

My A/C unit was blowing but not cooling the house. Mike knew right away how to fix the issue and was able to get the job done in less than 15 minutes. I now have a cooler house!!!

Left a message with their answering service and got a call back in minutes, and came over within the hour. My outdoor unit malfunctioned during a power interruption and a lockout relay was installed to prevent that from happening again. The unit wasn’t restarted until thorough electrical checks were completed. Excellent service, super professional and a joy to chat with about HVAC stuff.

Mechanical in Magnolia. Was given the best service from one of his longtime workers with a great happy attitude and very caring about coming into my home.
My thermostats were a problem and immediately fixed outside also. Lacking a lot of Freon!!!! Now all works just great and can definitely feel the difference

Ferugia Mechanical is a great company, which is a rare compliment these days. They listened to our needs and worked hard to meet them. I was impressed with the follow up too. They arrived up with a team that finished the work quickly. From start to finish, their quality of work was excellent.

Ferrugia Mechanical has bailed me out of many jams. They came out to my house after another company tried to void my home warranty on my AC. The other company lied about what was wrong. Ferrugia found it was a small part and it did not cost much to fix it. They came out to my business when I first moved in to help with some problems we were having with the AC units. They fixed them very quickly once again and did a great job at a very reasonable price. Lastly, they replaced the AC in my rent house. It was very hot and they moved very quickly. They installed it within 2 days. It works great. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for AC/Heat work!!!!

We were one of the unfortunate ones that found ourselves with a dead AC unit in the middle of this 100-degree streak we’ve been on. We hired Ferrugia Mechanical located in Magnolia and they did not disappoint! They inspected and located the issue and had a resolution with a cost estimate within hours of us calling. The crew showed up the next morning and worked quickly to install our new interior/exterior units and new wifi thermostat before noon the next day. Very nice people, very professional, and obviously know what they’re doing. They even noted a couple of our ducts aren’t performing as they should and they’re coming out next week to fix it so our system is all it can be. No pressure or upselling and they followed up to make sure we’re happy with everything. We will always call them for servicing.
