Mike showed up on time to help diagnose an issue with our air conditioner. He was able to fix it but it was actually warranty work from the company that installed it. I tried to pay him for his time, but he declined. He will definitely be my go to from now on. I highly recommend him

Mike was quick to respond when our AC compressor when out. He had to go through our management company for approvals and find a store with the compressor, but still had us back up and running in less than 2 days. Great customer service!

This company was awesome! Ferrugia Mechanical demonstrated their years of experience and expertise when they updated my HVAC system. They were both professional and courteous. Extremely timely and were very detailed in presenting the pros and cons of the different systems and options that would benefit my particular situation. Their pricing was more than fair and they offered much more than their competitors at a much better price point. Each and every person on their staff from sales to contractors proved to be trust worthy, with morals and expertise in their job function. We called Ferrugia Mechanical after a hurricane knocked out our power. Our Generac kicked on, but the AC did not turn on with it. A mid afternoon call to Ferrugia and we were put on their schedule for later that afternoon. 3 hours later Mike arrived and had both of our units up and running. He corrected installation mistakes made by a previous company and gave us great advice about our Generac. Very honest and clearly knew what he was doing. We can't thank Ferrugia Mechanical enough for getting us back in a cool home. Definitely saving this number for our future needs!

I called Ferrugia Mechanical because my AC wasn’t cooling and they got to my house within an hour of the call. Mike showed up, was very kind and immediately got to work. He did some maintenance work on my AC and had it cooling again within thirty minutes of being here!! Will definitely keep using Ferrugia for all of my AC needs! This is my second time having them out and both times they are kind on the phone, arrive within a timely manner and have the issue resolved quickly and each technician that has been here have been professional, personable and very kind!

A few years ago, we replaced all three of our AC units and heaters. We chose Ferrugia Mechanical in Magnolia and selected Amana units because of energy consumption and warranty.

Because of all the power fluctuations from storms recently and our generator starting/stopping frequently, we've had issues with our AC. Kevin and Mike (owners of Ferrugia) came to our home two days in a row and installed surge protectors and a new thermostat. Problem solved. Bring on the storms!

We had a different company suggest that we had some problems that would cost approx $5000 to fix. Mike came out, on time, looked over our system and said everything was good, no need to spend $5000. Very good news. I'm signing up for the service agreement.

We have been fans (clients) of Ferrugia for at least 15 years l. They are an exceptional company - professional, knowledgeable, so trustworthy and super friendly. During recent arctic blast, Mike answered an early morning call and it was him who felt like we were having a gas outage - before we all knew. He advised me what to do so that we would not have any problems on startup. Several people in High Meadow Ranch that I was in contact with during the storm had all spoken to Mike that morning as well - so, Ferrugia has many long time customers. James who does our checkups and any repairs has been with Ferrugia since I started with them - super excellent. Great company!

When we had issues with our air conditioner, Ferrugia Mechanical was responsive and quick to come out to assess the issue. Recently had Ferrugia mechanical come out to service my AC in the house as it was no longer blowing cold. They dispatched Mike out essentially same day timeframe as my request was made during evening time the night before and Mike was at my house first thing in the morning. Mike quickly diagnosed that my capacitor was not working and needed replacing. Mike originally replaced the capacitor with the same capacitor that was in my AC. However when he tested the amperage he noticed the draw seemed off. So he checked the compressor spec label and realized that the capacitor in my AC wasn't the original capacitor and this was a replacement capacitor and wasn't the recommended size. So he grabbed the recommended size and installed it and checked the Freon levels of my AC as well. Mike explained everything to me thoroughly and even recommended minor maintenance to improve my light bill and maintain the working condition of my AC. I would highly recommend Mike and Ferrugia to any one who asks. One of the best service experiences I've had. And not only was Mike knowledgeable but he also very personable.

Tavin is wonderful to work with. He is responsive and trustworthy. He arrives on time (and does not give you a BS 4-hr window) and is reasonably priced. We sought multiple quotes for an entire AC unit replacement and decided to go with him. No regrets!
