Our upstairs heater just went out. We called Backslee, they were here in 20 minutes and it was all fixed in 10 minutes. Excellent service and it is why we also use them for our maintenance checks.

Within two hours of calling Backslee AC Richard was on site evaluating and solving our problems. Friendly and willing to walk me through everything he was doing, he had us up and running in less than an hour. Great experience. Thank you!!

We've used Backslee for years and have always recieved great service. Recently had to replace an AC unit and our technician, Kerry, did an excellent job.

I’m very pleased. The technician Kerry Baxley, arrived exactly when he said he was going to, he was polite kind and considerate. He identified the problem with the air conditioner within minutes, we discussed the situation, decided to make the repair at that time, which he did. This was over a week and a half ago and I am living in a really cool home, no more warm sweaty nights here! Thanks so much. I highly recommend Backslee Air Conditioning.

I had two 3-ton a/c - heating units that were failing and over 25 years old. The system layout in the attic was overly crowded and quite difficult to access and even made it difficult to enter the attic with the plenum boxes right at the ladder entrance. Marlon and his crew at Backslee Air Conditioning were able to redesign the crowded layout into an easily accessible and easily serviceable design. The old units were removed and the new units were installed and working beautifully on day 1 with minor details completed on day 2. The courteous crew were careful to clean up as the work progressed and the workmanship was top notch. We would not give it a second thought to reccomend their services to close friends and family alike.

Joshua is honest, polite, goes above and beyond! Will never use another hvac company. I tried one hour heating and air prior and they tried to rip me off. The most HONEST and helpful a/c company I’ve EVER dealt with, and I’ve dealt with many! Highly, highly recommend! After having a/c issues since we bought our house 5 years ago, they were the first ones to help us brainstorm and find a more than affordable solution to our issues. There were MANY moments they could’ve gouged me just merely from my ignorance, which I’m always skeptical of, and they 100% didn’t. Kerry told me what needed to be fixed now and what could wait and what eventually I’d need to think about in the future. He was so incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. Not only that, I called on Saturday about a minor issue and left a message hoping they’d receive it on Monday. I got a call back within 30 minutes and they were here within an hour and a half. You honestly don’t find service like this anymore!! I am now a lifelong customer. :) Thank you!!

I'm a long time Backslee customer. I trust them to give me an honest diagnosis and I have confidence in the repair. They do all the work for my home, my in-law's home, and our company offices. When I built a new home, I asked Backslee to check the contractor's work. You can't go wrong with Backslee A/C.

As a first time home owner, I was terrified of my first AC repair call. I was afraid to get involved with a dishonest company. I personally had never used Backslee AC. But when we were selling my MIL's house, and the inspector said he couldn't turn on the AC and the Buyer's HVAC person said there was something wrong with the AC Backslee came and did a thorough inspection and found nothing. I appreciate how they were took into consideration the importance of a timely inspection to do closing, etc. They are awesome and I highly recommend them it is hard to find HONEST and AMAZING people you can trust.

I first used Backlees A/C in 2004 when we bought our first house in The Woodlands. I have used them every year since for regular annual maintenance and repairs. They are incredibly honest and always fair. I cannot imagine ever using another A/C company. I love the entire team - Connie, Marlon, Kerry, Josh and Richard. Best A/C company ever!

Backslee A/C Service has been our air conditioning service for over 50 years - my parents, my sister’s family and my family. I have always trusted their knowledge and skill. Work quality has always been the best!!!

They are outstanding, it’s a family business and the senior person, Marlon was on site the entire time. He did some very creative work to prevent leaks from the condensation drains that have been a problem for 20 years. Their prices are very reasonable with several options presented. The work was done timely, they cleaned up the work areas and all the staff were very polite and well trained. A very good experience!

If you are looking for a good, honest AC company, Backslee is it. A couple of years ago one of our AC units went out and I called a different company. I was told that both units needed to be replaced along with my furnaces. I called Backslee for a second opinion. The unit that had died did need replacing, but the other unit was fine and there was nothing wrong with the furnaces. The AC replacement went smoothly and they now do all of my regular service. Everyone I have encountered with Backslee is friendly and willing to answer all of my questions.

Marlon was very knowledgeable and professional when he came to diagnose a problem with our attic AC unit. The first company I called for a repair sent out a salesman instead and tried to convince me we needed a whole new unit. I called Backslee for a second opinion and they were able to schedule a service call within two days. Marlon assessed and replaced a simple broken capacitor in about 30 minutes. Backslee will always be my first call whenever we have an HVAC issue in the future! Excellent and honest family company!

Moved out to Montgomery and have used a few AC repair companies in the area looking for one I could count on. I finally found it with Backslee. Our heat went out and they were able to come out same day, diagnosis the issue and replace the part within hours. Professional and nice. Will use again as needed and recommend. Thank you!
