John Ramirez was dispatched to our house on a Friday (right before a big rain and freeze) to replace a broken sump pump located in our sunken outdoor kitchen. Each time it rained, this area would fill up with rainwater & my husband would have to use a wet vac to suck the rainwater out. This took many times to fill & empty the wet vac since there was at least 3-4 inches of rainwater in the sunken kitchen. I should also mention that my husband threw his back out lifting & emptying the wet vac.
John Ramirez came initially to remove the old non-functioning sump pump. He had to research to locate another sump pump of the correct type & size in the Houston area. He then returned that night (a Friday night no less!) at 6pm with the new pump & worked with his helper until 7:30pm to get the new sump pump & new plumbing installed. He then tested everything to make sure it was working as it should.
I can’t tell you how much my husband & I appreciate John’s excellent work ethic in replacing our pump before the big rain & freeze that hit us the next day. We know that he could have put us off until the next week but John wanted to save us from the back-breaking chore of emptying the sunken kitchen rainwater with the wet vac. The 3” of rain that we received on Saturday was completely emptied out of the sunken kitchen by the sump pump. No more emptying by wet vac! It is evident that John cares about his customers. I consider Bradbury Brothers fortunate to have him as an employee. Thank you so much John Ramirez! We appreciate you and thank you for taking care of us.

Cody from Bradbury Brothers came today to do routine maintenance on our HVAC system. He checked everything and did a great job! He was friendly, professional and I enjoyed meeting him. Great technician!

Bradbury Brothers sent Dan to do a heater check-up. Dan was courteous, super thorough, and made informative suggestions without doing that pushy salesman thing. I have been impressed with BB and Dan is a fine representative there of. We do the monthly fee thing they offer

Had a gas leak at the service intake to the house. Ross and Jesson were held up on another job and late to my house. Once onsite they worked diligently until 8 p.m. with outside temps below freezing. So very impressed with their professionalism and dedication. Many service providers would stop at 5 p.m. and come back, but these guys endured the bitter cold and finished the job. First time using Bradbury, but they now have a new customer.

John (JP) arrived on time, he knew the issue before he fixed the problem. Awesome work. John answered my questions, gave me tips on maintaining plumbing systems, etc. A very nice person and I appreciate John keeping the service area Clean.

Micah was very professional and knowledgeable about my HVAC system. My air conditioner wasn’t cooling. He diagnosed the problem and found a solution. Now my house is nice and cool again.

Miguel was very professional and did an excellent job evaluating my AC unit. He took detailed photos and clearly explained what the problem was, which helped me understand the issue. After that, he quickly fixed everything. I really appreciated his thoroughness, communication, and professionalism. Highly recommend his service!

We needed to have our a/c unit replaced. Every person that came out, from the first visit from Logan, to the last check by Heyden, was extremely nice and easy to talk to. There was no pressure on us to complete the recommended work; just a thorough explanation of our options, and quick turn around on the work. We are completely satisfied with the work that was done and the friendliness and professionalism of the techs. We will definitely call them for any future issues.

Russ was great, very thorough, and very professional. Took the time to explain all of the payment options to my husband over the phone and was willing to even wait until he talked to him in person. He was awesome. The only thing I wish is that it was a little bit cheaper. Paid $620 for a clogged drain. But the service was great!

We are always pleased with this company. They are professional, honest, kind, and when we had a catastrophe we discovered right around Christmas, they were at our door swiftly. Daniel did an amazing job, he located an issue during our yearly inspection in our panel after the generator company installed something incorrectly . He gave us our options and got it done quickly with no issues. Brought me outside to discuss and show me what he had fixed. Then swapped some plugs on the inside that had paint embedded in the sockets. I would highly recommend Bradbury Brothers to anyone after servicing my 2 houses for the past 6 years!

Bradbury Brothers did a great job redesigning my air systems in the attic with high quality service and a reasonable cost. Their tech Miguel is a very good professional with experience skills and politeness. Strongly recommend for AC - heating work!

From my first contact with Bradbury Brothers… I was impressed! I liked receiving a text with my technicians name and picture. There was even a short bio about him included with the text.
I ended up purchasing a monthly service contract because I was so impressed. My tech was fast, cleaned up after he was finished and told us we had been doing a good job maintaining our system. Very painless. 😊

Devin did an excellent job repairing my water heater in the attic. It was leaking into the pantry and garage, and he quickly identified the issue and replaced all four pipes with copper. The repair was fast, efficient, and very professional. Highly recommend!

Our tech Gregory D was great! Super informative, educated us on the system which was new to us. Really thorough, provided solutions and options. We were really pleased. We will continue to use Bradbury Brothers...hopefully we get the same service with the electrician!

Today we had Wyatt the electrician out. He was super helpful and informative. He replaced an exterior GFCi outlet and answered several questions, providing solutions for some future outlet requests, and recessed lights. Thank you!

We had an inset outlet added in the wall so we could mount the TV and not see any cords, and we added a 5th kitchen light so you know...we could see in the kitchen and we had additional exterior gfci outlets added to our porch. This is the 5th time we have had Bradbury brothers out this year. They have all been friendly, conscientious in our house and super informative. You get a tiny bio about the guys coming out, and they don't mind answering all our questions or providing solutions. Great service, also when something unexpected happens, as it did today, no one's fault... they had a team ready to fix the issue out right away. Great service.

Ross camerad our sewer lines today! While not glamorous, it answered our questions and then he tested for hardness and chlorine. Great service

Tom is HVAC Jesus! I know it might sound dramatic, but I genuinely believe he was heaven-sent. Ever since my home was built, the front of the house never seemed to heat or cool properly. Even with the thermostat set to 71 degrees, by the end of a hot summer day, it would climb to 76 and would take awhile to cool back down.

We've had numerous professionals out — just last week Air Quality Specialists performed a "Full Service HVAC Cleaning" and the invoice states "clean all return air ducts". (Screenshot of the invoice) Anyways, the point is FIVE different people came through between the inspection and service. Not one of them noticed (or maybe they did and didn't mention) a MAJOR issue. Then Tom with Bradbury Brothers came to the rescue.

Thanks to his thoroughness, attention to detail, and determination, Tom discovered what everyone else had missed or just neglected... Our builder had sheet rocked over the 20x25 AC return! (Seriously, check out the pictures)

Tom not only identified the problem but had it fixed the very next day. The results were immediate and amazing—my house went from 76 to a cold, 72 in just 30 minutes. I was blown away.

What stood out even more than his technical expertise was how much Tom genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of his work. He mentioned he doesn’t like delivering bad news but to me, it was the best news I could have received. My AC is finally working how it should and my house has never felt better. PLUS, I'm excited to see the savings in my energy bill.

As long as Tom is with Bradbury Brothers, I’ll be a loyal customer and promoter... Not just for HVAC, but for plumbing and electrical too (since he mentioned they handle it all). I've already told many friends, family members, and neighbors about my experience. If you have an AC issue - Tom is the man you want for the job.

Bradbury brothers did an awesome job getting the heat back on. Cody did a great job diagnosing the issues and getting them in the system for repair. Jeremy was efficient and knowledgeable repairing the gas leaks. So thankful for the whole Bradbury staff. From start to finish.

If you don’t have Bradbury’s maintenance program, I would recommend it. They come out and go through your systems to make sure they are performing correctly for the upcoming season.

Same day service with a fair service charge. Very communicative throughout the process with text updates and a call. Very friendly and informative service. The technician knew what he was doing and explained his process clearly as he did his diagnostic work. He informed us on the best ways to utilize our system. Highly recommended.

This was our annual heating inspection which is covered in my annual VIP membership which cost $338. Scheduling was easy and reminders were texted. We were shown pictures of what was found and given recommendations. We have used Bradbury Brothers since 2019 and have been pleased with their work. Our technician called prior to arrival, arrived on time, did the heater inspection and then shared his findings.
